Hello defiant heroes =]

Ive been floating around CoV and CoH and noticed that CoV does have less players than CoH.

This is why i propose for City Of Villains week.

A week to encourage people to play CoV, and people who havnt played it before, that way, more teams, more fun. =]

If this ball gets rolling, possibly we may get some support from NCsoft for a temp power or a badge.

The date i have in mind is Monday the 26th Of Feb.

What do you think on this?

I wanna make a decent brute after having 150's of scrapper in me.

Im thinking of Elec melee n dark armor

Mainly because im not too sure about elect armor and dark armor looks cool =]

End might be a big problem though, and having to get acro.

Any suggestions?

PvE, would i drain more end with elect/elect or elect/energy (cos of PB)

Yes its pretty difficult, press the button, and then carry on fighting.

I think it was a pointless waste of time to nerf this power.

It has been fine.

Are we going to start having all blaster attacks the range of tanker melees to bring them more into line with kheldians next?

I just planned my build for my MA/SR scrapper, i'll find it somewhere because its quite good PvE build.

I dont see how power levelling is a problem anyway, more of a hand.

Im sorry but unless you have 2 end reduct SO's in every single power with invul you will have endurance problems.

Especially if you have tough n FA

peacebringers were a big let down for moi

ive trained my coh mate to be a good empath, e.g dont do stupid stuff like RA + AB

He does the RA's just before im about to run into next mob. problem solved.

I have a good idea for peacebringers.

They arent meant to be hitting the enemy.

They arent meant to be in melee range.
