It's been like that for ages and they don't seem to be in a hurry to sort it. Must consider it a perk for khelds.

iirc it was the same with all pool powers originally, but they fixed them all and forgot about khelds pools =D
Was very handy to me, slotted dwarf form instead of the crappy first attacks =]
anyone know if the bug is meant to be fixed? used a respec today and it let me slot forms before i got them but i didn't have any problems afterwards.
