Well here my 2 cents worth! Think about what it would cost to completely tear down or simply move one giant Statue from one place to say another zone. (In real life The cost would be astronomical) Also in game terms that would also cost money the change the landscape. But aside from that. I agree we should have something for both. I have played this game for a number of years and those two have always been a part of it (A big Part).
S small simple setting in a good location. I would suggest in the grass area out in front of where Hero 1 is holding the giant Globe in Atlas park. It should be life size and meaningful for both. Put a plague there for both. Positron should make the Dedication. That should be it.

I finally got the beacon with help from a full league. Thanks to General Lieutenant Who formed the league even during the Hami raid. He ran it twice and I received over a 1000 V-merits each time. I just wish there was an easier way. Maybe we can have Lady Grey give us the mission with a team of 8 we could get there at the end of the mission and get the badge and kill a few EB's along the way.

The last badge needed for the Ritiki War Zone is on top the mother ship and there has not been a raid in the past few weeks that I know of on Victory Server. I would like to know is there another way to get that badge or at the least a beacon for RWZ. All the other zones are not that hard to get the beacon why is it so bloody difficult to get that one.
could the Devs make it so you do not need that badge to get the beacon. Get the all but that one!

I would just like to say that before the trial or TF or SF is started the leader (the one with the star) could have the option of having the cut scene or not having it. Just ask the team/League if they want it. Normally on an Incarnate trial I have only had it once where there was no cut scene. They do get bothersome after watching for many many times!

I agree that they should have let us have Female pets for the master Minds. I mean look at what they have created. A complete demon set and a full complete beast mastery set. I this that the cost would be minimal for them to have a female Thug set. sure the female bruiser would be a biker chic with muscle. the enforcers would be normal looking except for the costumes that would normally come with the thug set and the others as well. All I am saying is design sensible costumes for them using the present costume designer for characters. Use the KISS principle. (Keep Is Simple Stupid)

Hello everybody I have a suggestion for a new type of I.O.'s. They will be called incarnate Invention Origins or Shard I.O.'s. Basically they will all have 2 Incarnate shards in the recipe. These I.O.'s are a cross between an ATO and red level 50 I.O.'s. They can only be made by level 50 characters who are VIP and can only be slotted by a level 47 and up. In the recipe like I said will be two Incarnate shards along with a rare item and a few other items to make up the recipe.
There would be a full set with set bonus's. The bonus's will be useful like a plus for H.P.s and endurance along with a plus for resit damage maybe 5% and a Bonus to Def as well at 5% and a decent global recharge and maybe a regen rate as well or a bonus with all 6 slotted, a 10% boost to that power slot.
Also there will be a Shard I.O. Set for each category. Like Melee and Defense sets and healing and such plus there will be a few of those sets that will work for powers that at this time do not have I.O. Sets available for them like Empathy's Regeneration Aura and Endurance Aura.
These I.O.'s would be on par a bit better than say a Mako's bite set for Melee but not the full power of a purple set like a Hecatomb.
I would also say that the drop rate on these would be about the same as those reds (rares) but more than purples. I would say yes to sell them.

I would like to have a power set that has parts for many of the present power sets. Like melee from either Super strength or Martial arts or Street justice. Then add in A good ranged attack like Eye beams or energy beam from the hands, one at moderate and the other High Damage. plus either a pet or pets maybe trap or immobilization. Then a some defenses like maybe super reflexs or Invul or will power.
Heres what mine would look like sort of.

Heavy blow Street Justice High Dam
Upper cut Street Justice Extreme Dam
Spin kick Street Justice High Damage
Eye beams from Radiation Moderate dam Fast cast
Sniper Superior dam
Master Mind pet Bruiser from MM thugs
Controller pet Recharge intensive or another that stays around instead of disappearing or another Master mind type

Defense set Super reflex's with a two different powers in there for Resist damage instead of all Defense.
Flight with Haste and or Super speed

The list could be almost endless and combinations left up to you. This could be a VIP and/or purchasable from the store. Price not be to unreasonable and you would advance at the normal rate still get all the powers that you would normally start with. This may take some initial set up by a programmer. you check off the powers you want to the set number and in order. the programmer slots the powers in your character slot.
You then design the looks and you start off just about normal and level up just as normal.
I can see that this archtype would be the ultimate type of character. possibly having no more than two or three per account. One would never be enough

I would love to be able to buy The Medium and Large ones with out having to Go to The Black Market or Wentworths just to bid on these little jewels. If this is decided that they will sell those then you could sell them at the AE building for 100 tickets for the Medium size ones and 300 for a large.
I know it is a pain to buy from the markets cause the price fluctuates so much and not to say that you place a bid that matches the last one bought and you bid just sits there and you and left to either wait for a long long time or way over bid just to get the item you want/need.
Lately I have taken to buying from the Paragon market to get team Inspirations at 10 points a shot, granted they last 5 minutes. but I have tickets I could use to buy these. Just like you can get Rare Salvage to sell for 2 million a pop on the average. So paying a small price with tickets for Medium and Large regular Inspirations would work and the Black market and Wentworths could still sell them.

I like that Idea! lets say you bought a Mako Acc/Dam at lvl 42 and want to up it to lvl 50 then use the Enhancement Maximizer to bring it to lvl 50 complete.

I would like to see the normal I.O.'s that are not sets to have a purple level. With that they can be upgraded just like a regular purple I.O. (Not the store bought ones) They could also have a limit to how many you can have slotted in a single power I would say no more than three). But for those I.O. sets that 5 Io's in them and you want to add a 6th I.O. then add a purple recharger that would have a recharge rate of 42% it would have a rate of 53%.

Also I would love to see I.O. sets for like power boost and some of the healing ones. There are no such sets. Like adrenal boost. I am sure there are others that could have a set made for them.
Also I believe there are some powers that have no purples at all. I would like to see purple sets there as well.
These are only suggestions!

What about the characters that have parts or whole costumes already of this. Will it disappear and leave us with nothing but our smiles? ( Probably the costume will stay but if we bought before with Tier 9 points we should get to keep it in our line up like the Phoenix wings. Or I would hope so.)

My question is can we use these along with the present ATIO's or again these are a one of a kind that we can only have one set. Personally I would love to keep the one set I have on my tanker and slot the second set as well. But we can never have sucha good thing now can we.

When is Staff fighting going to be made available? I would not mind paying for it ( I am VIP but heck The Tsoo In Dark Astoria already have it. Why can't we have it as well besides we would do it better than them any day of the week even with one ear (or hand) tied behind our backs.

I would love to be able to purchase any I.O. enhancement from the paragon store. Some of the prices at Went worth's or Black Market are out of this world. 600 million just for one I.O. Ragnarok. That is asking way to much. Also if you buy them through the Paragon store there account bound so you can give them to your other characters on your account but NOT sell them. I know there will be flak over this Idea but they are selling I.O. Sets on the store now and I make use of them. So I spend a little money on points, I get about what I want. Of course I would love to buy a Hecatomb set for my Super strength Brute. Able to slot at level 40 or 45 40 OR 45.

how well does the 64 bit version run City of hero's

got about 2 Billion in Inf just lying around then head over to Wentworths or the Black Market and IF they are there you can get one or both. Reminder that if you are a dual [pistols build or a Master Mind with Pistols you will need two of the costume recipes read that TWO. So be prepared to fork out the cash for a left and a right pistol. I did and I will never do it again. Way to expensive. But if your lucky enough to get the drop sell it and you will be set up for a very long time.

I slotted a whole Hecatomb Set with 25 +1 enhancers. Result is I was able to increase the Damage number to well over 60% instead of the base 53% . Yes it is expensive on the dollar side but if you want to do it. feel free. That's what I think of the game. If you want to enhance it go for it. We are here having fun anyways.

I think you all are missing the point. I am really not caring about a badge. Yes it is nice to have. My main gripe is the system switching team leads around. I do not have the control I should have. Like we get a real screw up and just door sits while we are all fighting like crazy because we are all level 2 again. I would like the option of kicking from the team and not sending tells during the trial to ask to take a vote.
Sometimes a leader has to have tough love. I really want to help the new character out with a few levels and answering questions. While I know I do not know everything (Nobody does). I know enough on who to ask and give decent answers.

It is the cost of them. While they are about the same cost as Red I.O.'s Mako's bite and the like. They are cheaper that a Ragnarok with is around 400++++ Million Inf. I also know that you can buy some of these I.O.'s in the store. I have done so and will continue to do so.

I have run many DFB runs with a lot a new people and experienced players. What I really do not under stand is on a DFB and on the Incarnate trials the person who is the team or League leader who takes the time and effort to put together the team or League. is that when they go into the trial/mission they do get moved about. Now in an Incarnate trail were all level 50 and we know how to hand leadership (Pass the star) back. But in a DFB that rarely happens. I ran one the other evening and a very new player was invited and after we got in there they were made the team leader. I asked several times in a tell to pass the star and even told them how. But they never did, they eventually quit and the next person (Not me was given the star). I believe that if you go through the effort to help out the newbies gain experience levels and such you should be locked in as team leader unless you actually want to pass the star to somebody else.
I also think we as the team leaders should get some sort of recognition that we have do this many times and our own experience is invaluable to the new and starting player. Maybe a badge or something showing we can run the trial or mission.

I would like to buy my ATO's at the paragon store and make them account bound like the I.O. Sets you buy now. But make it where you can click one button to buy the set and buy the individually as well. This might bring the price of the sets that do drop in the game or in the super packs to drop in price at Wentworths or the Black Market.
I like how I can use them from level 10 all the way up to 50 and they go up as you level up.
I would just like to buy them at the Paragon market not the Black Market.

Pocket D has had the same music for the past 4 years or maybe longer I would think that everybody would like some variety. See if an online 24 hour just music station would allow a feed into it. Can we please have just some different music there. Thanks!
