It's a paid-for set, and it's out sometime this month.

Like Psychic melee/armor 
I don't think Psychic Armor makes much sense, do you?

Someone asks about when (blank) is going to be released
Eventually someone will respond with "Everytime someone asks about (blank), it gets pushed back a week"
naturally someone decides to go ahead and

Wait a minute if Tenzhi is Cartel he wouldn't count as a someone, therefore it couldn't be a personal attack.
