New type of Power set

I would like to have a power set that has parts for many of the present power sets. Like melee from either Super strength or Martial arts or Street justice. Then add in A good ranged attack like Eye beams or energy beam from the hands, one at moderate and the other High Damage. plus either a pet or pets maybe trap or immobilization. Then a some defenses like maybe super reflexs or Invul or will power.
Heres what mine would look like sort of.

Heavy blow Street Justice High Dam
Upper cut Street Justice Extreme Dam
Spin kick Street Justice High Damage
Eye beams from Radiation Moderate dam Fast cast
Sniper Superior dam
Master Mind pet Bruiser from MM thugs
Controller pet Recharge intensive or another that stays around instead of disappearing or another Master mind type

Defense set Super reflex's with a two different powers in there for Resist damage instead of all Defense.
Flight with Haste and or Super speed

The list could be almost endless and combinations left up to you. This could be a VIP and/or purchasable from the store. Price not be to unreasonable and you would advance at the normal rate still get all the powers that you would normally start with. This may take some initial set up by a programmer. you check off the powers you want to the set number and in order. the programmer slots the powers in your character slot.
You then design the looks and you start off just about normal and level up just as normal.
I can see that this archtype would be the ultimate type of character. possibly having no more than two or three per account. One would never be enough

Goddess of Justice Tanker Incarnate (Hero) Collen Colt Incarnate (Bane Hero), Lady Kitten (Hero) Jen Titanium Mage (Hero and one time Villain) and my first Character to level 50 Shayla Master Mind (Villain)

What would this add to gameplay?

We already can give an electric melee / dark armor brute some fire blasts and let him fly invisible hastened with leadership running, or all kinds of crazy combos. Unless you're just talking about blatantly paying your way into building overpowered sets, it looks like a lot of work to add and rebalance a bunch of stuff we can already do.

What would be interesting is an AT that uses Assault-like powersets in reverse (melee oriented with a few ranged attacks) and buff/debuff powersets (like secondary Corruptors). There are already some NPCs that work that way-

Aren't there a lot of dominators that already focus on the melee part of their Assault powers though?

Sure are. And you may have noticed that aside from the Assault set, they have a Control set. That's kind of different from a buff/debuff set.

But, for a Melee/Buff AT to actually work, the buff/debuff set would have to compensate for the lack of any sort of armor/defense set since this AT would be in melee range all the time. Some of the buff/debuff sets we have now would really struggle doing that sort of thing - Kinetics, TA, Cold, Thermal. All of these have really good buffs or debuffs but not of the sort that would likely prevent you from face planting while in melee. Maybe you just don't include these sets in the Melee/Buff AT? But I bet people would be unhappy about that.
