Will they ever allow us to buy the ATO's at the Paragon Store

They already compromised way more than they wanted to by making ATOs available outside of the Super Packs at all. I kind of doubt this will happen.

If people stop buying super packs enough to warrant buying ATOs directly profitable, then they would do it. Otherwise they don't really have a whole lot of reason to. Cause I'm sure they're making a ton of money off super packs right now.

The naming system of the super packs suggests that they're planning more packs to be released later.
If that's the case, they wouldn't want to undermine these packs by offering items that were in them separately at a later date, because then people would infer that the same would happen to packs released after that point and so some people would buy less packs in order to wait for the separate release.
So, even if releasing ATOs separately was a directly profitable move, it could cost later profits if they did so.
Main Hero: Mazey - level 50 + 1 fire/fire/fire blaster.

but there also seems to be a lot of people that want to know what they are paying for , instead of gambling on " maybe " getting something usefull to them . and from what i've been reading ingame, they feel that the packs are a big gamble. some love them, others avoid them like the plague.

But you can buy them from the in game market so I must admit I don't see it as a huge issue either.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.

The Merit cost of them is fairly high, but the Astral cost is easy, If your a trial runner. The biggest ..."roadblock" to obtaining the ATOs now is if you don't like Trials theres no good way of obtaining Astrals for solo/small team players yet.

Or you could just buy them off the market 
For a set that you can use and keep from level 10, majority are quite cheap.

It is the cost of them. While they are about the same cost as Red I.O.'s Mako's bite and the like. They are cheaper that a Ragnarok with is around 400++++ Million Inf. I also know that you can buy some of these I.O.'s in the store. I have done so and will continue to do so.

I would like to buy my ATO's at the paragon store and make them account bound like the I.O. Sets you buy now. But make it where you can click one button to buy the set and buy the individually as well. This might bring the price of the sets that do drop in the game or in the super packs to drop in price at Wentworths or the Black Market.
I like how I can use them from level 10 all the way up to 50 and they go up as you level up.
I would just like to buy them at the Paragon market not the Black Market.
