I would suggest for those that can stock up on respec recipes they're prices are closer to I14 prices they're slowly coming down, right now they're hovering around 60 million. Its a solid investment.

Changed a few things in Xandez's build, in Aid Self I wouldn't advise slotting for interrupt it has a .5 second interrupt which is already incredibly small slotting to shorten that would be unnoticed. Kept the same endurance consumption but raised your endurance gain. I'd suggest slotting Active Defense with Membrane Exposure as it really helps with your defense debuff resistance. If you really want to lower your endurance consumption I'd suggest spending some influence on a few Enzyme Exposures and replacing your Luck of the Gambler
efense/Endurance with those. They enhance your defense and endurance usage by 33% rather then 26.5% and 15%.

Leveling up you should really focus on getting your defense up and managing your endurance. I'd advise avoiding AAO until your mid to late 30s until you have the defense to manage the extra aggro

It has 2 free slots (placed in brawl atm) and im not sure about slotting in Smite, MG and SL tbh... it is softcapped, albeit tightly.
Dunno about the attack chain either, i think you should aim for MG+SMI+SL+SMI (iirc) a little too lazy atm to calculate if it got the needed recharge... also, i made this one with Blaze pool (dunno, maybe because the DM has poor AoE anyways... and included SC in ofc)
Prolly doesnt have enuff recovery to run the chain (even if it would have the recharge needed) for very long, so maybe Body is better.

Quote:You don't have permanent hasten you need to have a total including the 70% from hasten of 180% global recharge you're 20% short. Also you have a lot of unnecessary slotting. Six slotting Hasten will net you little benefit. Your endurance usage is huge you will need to address that. Overall this build is making too many sacrifices in order to achieve such high recharge.Before you take a look please let me warn you: the build has a lot of extra slots in powers that don't usually need that many slots.
But i was able to achieve positional soft capping, perma hasten, and an so-so recovery rate. Fortunately all i wanted was those three things in the build, so it is what i was going for, but i just want to make sure i'm not gimping my self.
Some things that the build doesn't have that i skipped, but wanted: Shield Charge and the build doesn't have the regeneration rate i wanted.
If you see anything wrong with the build that could be improved upon, plz tell me

I know the top DPS one is MG > Smite > SL > Smite but I'd like to have one more that requires less recharge then that and offers similar DPS.

Play your character how you want it but if you are a numbers person it would behoove you to fully take Umbral's advice, and considering you're going to be spending over one billion influence on your build it'd be of even more importance to maximize how you spend your influence in order to get the most for your money.

Now for PvP you're going to want max recharge to keep your click heals up and as much resistance you can get. With a proliferation of To Hit Buffs most of the time you can hit through a lot of defense.

I try to use different strategies like pulling guys, taking on the toughest first, jumping in and attacking, moving around when attacking guys (not just standing still button mashing). My two toughest scenarios seems to be very large number of guys and red boss and any number of guys. In these battles I can usually count on either hospital visit or burning most, if not all, of my greens. Anyhow, sorry for the lengthy post, just curious if anyone has any tips/advice on how to improve combat scenarios outside of IO sets.

Regeneration is a click intensive secondary that pares well with defense so slot for recharge and try and get as many defense buffing powers like weave and combat jumping.
Take Quicky Recovery, Reconstruction, Dull Pain, Integration, Instant Healing, Moment of Glory and possibly Resilience.
Don't drop any of those skip Revive, that is what awakens are for.
MoG doesn't crash and if you want phase shift go buy the temporary power phase shift and save yourself two power choices.

What primary goes well with /shields?? I allready have a 50 SS,claws, and DM brute. I'd like to try a new primary with shields. I have a WM/shield brute sitting at level 12 and hes kinda boring to me.
