FM/SR if you plan on going for a moderate budget build which is soft capped. Kat/SR if you plan on going for a very high budget build (2x -res proc and that stuff).

I'd say FM/SR. While you can get good things off of Kat/SR with lowish budget, its certainly easier with FM. Also, FM animations and stuff are quite nice (not that Kat is not cool looking, heh).
I have another thread going about Kat/SR right now but I saw some people talking bout FM/SR that made it sound rather good.
I was wondering which one you guys thought might be more formidable? Kat/SR or FM/SR?
