  1. Do not slot for damage bonuses then?
  2. Why isn't that the case for scrappers? Why aren't there a lot more WP scrappers then regeneration scrappers?
  3. Another noob question, what needs to be focused on an archery/em build?
  4. Noob question

Why do you guys say WP over Regeneration for stalkers?

Still, it'd probably be good enough.

DM/SD suffers from the same problem - really expensive to get the recharge, but to add to the complications, it's a lot harder to soft cap.

Katana/Willpower should be fine, and might even be pretty cheap. I think you're mostly looking for defense bonuses there, and recharge isn't nearly as important, so you won't have to kit yourself out with purples to make it work, even if I'd at least recommend them in Gambler's Cut along with the Achilles' Heel.
Recharge isn't that expensive, depending on the set that you're looking at yes, but there are a lot of decent uncommon sets with 5% recharge, as well as cheap rares with 6.25 and 7.5% just need to be smart and have patience.

Yeah enough time for my shield charge and soul drain to recharge...but c'mon. I quit the team soon after and apologized to the team leader and said the style of play just wasn't for me.
Thats why I either team with friends or just solo at +8 because 75% of tankers out there are inexperienced, too slow, or love to herd, I hate herding. Besides I get more drops that way and it makes life more fun.
  8. Oops yeah I thought it posted, when I get homes I'll fix it.
  9. If you're in PvP +hp bonuses are great considering you can never achieve permanent dull pain due to DR...
  10. I'd make use of the search feature, there are a lot of good Fire/Em builds floating around here.
  11. Don't make a Dark/Shield because after playing it at 50 with a cheese load of influence invested into the build it makes everything else feel not so super powered...lol
  12. Here is an electric shield build I came up with for a scrapper I'm considering making, it is relatively cheap...

Sonics damage looks subpar, but the delay on it and the -res makes it easily outshine archery in cases of taking down targets that can survive an initial attack chains.
Wow thats nucking futs, are these base numbers or are they factored in with some kind of resistance?
  14. I thought Fire along with Ice weren't that good for PvP anymore?

It also has a inherent bonus to ACC..that pretty much cancels out elustivity, meaning it never misses. Also the only set besides AR that has a snipe and a stun. To me archery is better then rad.
How does that compare to Fire or Sonic? Just wondering...

I can afford to wait that long because i have 50 away form capped HP and 2. DP is a beastly heal
That is a good idea, I'll have to see if I can fit that into my build.

I haven't seen that, in PvE I have 102% recharge and when I got into RV it still shows 102%? Does it DR at the %s in each power?

I actually use Soul Drain first attack the bosses with saturated AAO and SD making short work of them and then hitting SC and FB before SD wears off.

Sorry I didn't mean going for set bonus recovery I meant taking stamina, and quick recovery. Also if you have a lot of recharge you will have permanent dull pain and with accolades and dull pain you're sitting about 5 hp away from the scrapper hp cap.

jump over them if they bother you that much.

Slows were gutted with pvp 2.0 they got shat on and the only real slow I can think of are toggle debuffs and only cause they cause perma travel suppresion.

    Anything else?

P.S. don't get sucked into lolfiteclub it really is the lowest of skill pvp wise
Okay dealing with toggle debuffs, what is a good way to work passed those? I don't know much about PvP and the levels pertaining to it so I have no clue what is good or bad.
  23. From my small understanding of regeneration in PvP you're going to want to have a lot of recharge as well as passive regeneration and recovery. It looks like you have all the right powers but your slotting is off. You'll probably want to use 5 of the Doctored Wounds set in Reconstruction as well as putting your healing uniques in Integration because it has a higher modifier than Fast Healing(.75) or Health(.5?) so it will give you a higher passive regeneration rate.

This is all just from my PvE understand of regeneration but PvP and PvE are two different ball games so I'm still learning lol
