fire/regen, plz critique
arrite....fixed it i think
From my small understanding of regeneration in PvP you're going to want to have a lot of recharge as well as passive regeneration and recovery. It looks like you have all the right powers but your slotting is off. You'll probably want to use 5 of the Doctored Wounds set in Reconstruction as well as putting your healing uniques in Integration because it has a higher modifier than Fast Healing(.75) or Health(.5?) so it will give you a higher passive regeneration rate.
This is all just from my PvE understand of regeneration but PvP and PvE are two different ball games so I'm still learning lol

Who builds for recovery in pvp....you have stamina, QR, and LOTS of room for numi unique and miracle unique. I would work on getting hella HP, moderate recharge (50-80 percent depending on how much HP you want), and then maybe if you have no room for HP and recharge go for some regen...but honestly IMO HP and recharge are your main priorities.

Sorry I didn't mean going for set bonus recovery I meant taking stamina, and quick recovery. Also if you have a lot of recharge you will have permanent dull pain and with accolades and dull pain you're sitting about 5 hp away from the scrapper hp cap.

nope that's not true either recharge gets hit like a truck by DR. Outside in pve I have 67.5% global recharge enough for perma DP but when I go into Recluses Victroy even with hasten running DP still isnt permanent.

Plus its better to have alot of HP BEFORE you have to use your big heal, its not like your going to use your heal before a spike to ensure you have capped hp, i use DP when I'm at like 70 percent health because 1. I can afford to wait that long because i have 50 away form capped HP and 2. DP is a beastly heal
I haven't seen that, in PvE I have 102% recharge and when I got into RV it still shows 102%? Does it DR at the %s in each power?

That is a good idea, I'll have to see if I can fit that into my build.

Another great card played by the Devs, not showing us all the real DR'd numbers.

Combat Atts does not show the correct numbers in a DR environment.

That is aggravating
