Just off the top of my head (and no, I don't need to have any of these answered, or even have a desire for the creators to explain them at some point):

    Island Lore
    1. What is the nature of The Light/The Heart of the Island? What would happen to the world if it's left off for good?

    2. Who created the mechanism for keeping The Light on? Are they the same people who built other ancient structures on the Island, such as The Statue and The Temple?

    3. Who was the first Guardian? How many have there been? How is it passed down? Why can there only be one?

    4. Where did Mother come from? How did she make it so Jacob and the MIB couldn't kill each other? Or did she just tell that to the boys to make them believe that they couldn't kill each other (as it seems Jacob did actually kill the MIB)?

    5. What exactly happened to the MIB when he went to The Light? What really is the Smoke Monster? Is the Smoke Monster something that was already in the cave and was unleashed, or did the MIB turn into the Smoke Monster after he went in the cave?

    6. Who built The Lighthouse, and how did it work?

    7. How literally should we take Jacob's explaination to Richard that the Island was like a cork keeping Hell from seeping into reality?

    8. Does The Light create the electromagnetic properties of the Island? Is it simply a bi-product or is it a deliberate defense mechanism?

    9. According to Ghost Michael, the Whispers were ghosts on the island that couldn't move on. How many Island Manifestations were ghosts rather than Smoke Monster appearances? What about the off-island manifestations (Christian appearing to Jack, Claire appearing to Kate, Libby appearing to Michael, everyone appearing to Hurley)?

    10. Was the manifestation of Jacob and the MIB's real mom a ghost or something else?

    11. Who installed the donkey wheel, and how does that "move" the Island?

Don't think that is said clearly.
We can assume that it comes from Preatoria with the theory that we thus have no alternate presence in Preatorea and that will be the planet that we must defend later on.
Or that it is another dimension that the good double came from. However we then kinda got to get the info so we can do what our late alternate self hinted at: That we got now two worlds to protect.
The original wording of the arc and the badge made it emplicit that the double was your Praetorian counterpart. It was changed to be more ambiguous at the request of players who had plans to play the Praetorian versions of their characters when Going Rogue goes live, and were disappointed to find a story arc where that character is killed.

Always wondered about that... is Vanguard getting a kickback from Aeon to guard the building?

Back OT: Spanky's Boardwalk could really use a refreshing. Have the buildings also *do* something, and it could actually be kind of a hang-out place.

Regen is so awesome, it's hard not to pick something that works well with it.

That said, Siphon Life + Regen is pretty sick.
  6. Jetpacks. A whole boat load of jetpacks, please.
  7. I'd advice Claws or Dark Melee. Both have very good single-target damage attacks with good recharge.

Just took my second Stalker attempt, Claws/WP, to 50 . Looking forward to starting up a new Stalker in Praetoria.
  8. Well, my SoA is Huntswoman Emmanate. So far, I haven't seen any other Huntswomen. When she gets to 50, I'll probably start on a Crab SoA, but I don't have a concept for him/her yet.

I have two Widows, but neither am I playing as being, or have been, from Arachnos.

Migrane is a laboratory creation, a mish-mash of technology and magic. I orginally made her as a MC/PA Dom, but when VEATS came out I re-rolled her as a Widow with the idea of taking Fortunata powers. It's worked out great, I've enjoyed the Fortunata powers much more than the MC Dom powers.

Zaphoriza is a mercenary character, a formerly Knives of Artemis.

Every other trial and TF in the game can be started by anyone meeting the minimum level requirement of the encounter. Eden Trial is the only one that requires that the team leader be no higher than the max level of the encounter.

    That's why it's considered a bug.

That said, the Eden Trial is one of my favorite things in the game, I recommned it. You just need to start it with a character between level 38-41.

    3. The zone/area music in the CoV world is the same as in CoH World, right?
    1. Yes, Heroes have access to the PvP zones of Bloody Bay and Warburg (and Siren's Call and Recluse's Victory). The PvP in these zones however are not "base raids" in any sense. If the Prima guide refers to base raids, they are likely discussing actual supergroup raids on other supergroup bases, a feature which is currently disabled.

    2. You can get to RWZ through Cap Au Diable, St. Martial, and Grandville.

    3. The music is different.

    Steps to take:

    1. At level 5, go to Kings Row.
    2. Talk to the neigborhood detective.
    3. Do three radio missions.
    4. Stop the Atlas Park heist.
    5. Enjoy your new low-level travel power for the next 13 levels.

Alternative steps if you don't actually like playing the game:

    1. Create new character and choose Atlas Park as your starting zone.
    2. Go to Rikti War Zone, available through Atlas Park.
    3. Go back through the portal you just came out of, heading to Perigrine Island.
    4. Swim around Perigrine Island to Portal Corps. Sneak around until you get inside the middle building (or ask a friendly hero in zone to TP you).
    5. Go to Firebase Zulu.
    6. Log off for 21 days.
    7. Log back on. You have a badge and about 25 in-game minutes of flight. Get more minutes by logging off in Firebase Zulu.

  16. I can vouch for War Witch. I was there that day.

When I first saw War Witch fighting for the enemy, I was shocked. Then angered. I made it my duty to send her to the grave... or... well, where-ever witches go to when they're defeated.

But then this crazy-looking van comes riding up over a dune. It was painted a psychadelic green, with a big flower on the side. It drove right over to War Witch, and a bunch of kids came out, along with a goofy-looking Great Dane.

The battle stopped for a moment as the kids came over to War Witch. There was a short girl with thick glasses and she looked up at War Witch and told her that the game was over, and that they had the clues to figure out War Witch's game. A tall fellow with blonde hair and an ascot, of all things, joined in, saying that War Witch had made one mistake. Then a pretty red-head said that what gave her away was the lipstick stains on the glass she was drinking out of in Pocket D. While the strange inter-dimensional energies of Pocket D allows her to be corporal enough to hold a glass, there's no way that the real War Witch would leave lipstick stains behind.

The blonde then said "let's find out who this War Witch really is", reached for War Witch's hair, and yanked. I expected his hand to just pass right through War Witch, but instead he pulled off a rubber War Witch mask and wig!

"Why, it's the Can Man!", I exclaimed.

The spunky short girl with the glasses explained that the Can Man, alias of Thurston Charles Vandermort III, has been buying up Croatoa real estate for months. He knew that the War Witch would never allow development of condomeniums around Lake Salamanca, so he decided to use this fake War Witch disguise to discredit it her. Using his other identity of Can Man, he would swoop in as a friendly, unassuming rescuer.

"And I would have gotten away with it, if it weren't for you meddling kids and your dog!", exclaimed Can Man.

Everyone around looked really confused, because none of that made sense. Then some nearby Arachnos Bane Spiders volley-fired into the lot of them and they went down in a heap and fighting resumed.

That should be plenty unless you get hit with several simultaneously.
  21. Poison; it's the only secondary I haven't used yet with another character.

    Bingo.

Red side needs a couple of alternate leveling paths. Right now the typical path runs in the "mercenary" flavor. I'd like to see an more anti-hero type path, and a true heart-of-darkness path. Both should also have little to nothing to do with the Destined One project.

I have nothing against the current content -- overall, it's much more engaging than the typical content blueside. But there is no villain Striga, no villain Croatoa, no Moonfire, no Katie Hannon, no Ernesto Hess, no trials other than the treespec.

Champion's population is just fine, IMO. That said, Atlas Park is typically the more popular starting zone.

Maybe compromise with a Fearsome Stare with a reduced cone radius?

Alternatively, you could keep the radius but remove the -Res componant from Tar Patch.
