  1. We just got water blast. You'll get another new shiny in 4 weeks. Not counting SSA. Cause those arent really shiny.
  2. yes. give doms -regen.

    In before someone cries foul.

If anything the recharge just needs to be brought down a bit so the power is more in line with the mass stuns. Which can be made perma on Doms. Those have a 90 second recharge i believe. So 120 or a bit more wouldnt be bad for the aoe holds. But the current 300 is redic. At least with my mind dom I can hold one group, confuse the next, sleep the next (before someone on the league uses an aoe cause no one pays attention). But other sets dont have that luxury.
  3. I want this option badly.

  5. no incarnates. possibly no IO's if your not at the top of the reward tree. Those are the biggest ones for crippling characters.
  6. They are there cause the dev's ran out of creativity and mezz types to tie to attacks.

Pretty over it myself. The 3 form toggles and the 3 "combo" levels.
  7. sigh. my vampire blood god is on hold as too many people are running around with red water blast.
  8. Looking forward to seeing the numbers on the new boost power in the presence pool.
  9. Curious what everyone is doing for damage buffs? I'd like to be closer to the cap then what I currently am.
  10. Is there any plans on a mac version? I would love to remove windows from my mac. I currently only have it for MIDS.

    Impossible.

Dev's seemed to have forgotten Heal, Defense, Resist purples. +5 a set of doctored wounds tho with boosters to make your own.

As for the other two, well those sets have bad bonuses so....yeah.

There is an "online planner", whatever that is. The link to it doesnt work and it hasnt been updated since issue 16.
  13. because they want to release that with the blockbuster next year.

Really looking forward to getting purple level regen increase on my regen characters.

Interesting. I wasnt familar with that. I usually use /maxinactivefps 5. Yours sounds ideal with the current set up tho.

Finally updated to OS X snow leopard, which will probably stopped being supported soon , and it fixed the issues I was having playing the game on my Mac. Now if only they would make MIDS for Mac I could get rid of my windows partition on my tower. I just gotta see how the comp handles running the game twice. Usually on windows I put each instance into "window" mode and lower the graphics all the way. Dont see a "window" setting as an option on the mac version. tho I remember having it in one a long time ago. Other then that it should run smoother since OS X recognizes all 4 gigs of my ram.

    SS/FA farm build

Theres already a thread a couple below this with tons of builds in it.
  21. Just made this build that softcaps S/L and Energy with T4 agility. Granted your supposed to have more than the standard softcap for trials but your league mates should be able to get you that last push with buffs. Feel free to remove the pvp -res proc and put the slot wherever else. Highly considering this build for myself since lately I feel worthless on trials. Used to have a second build that was softcapped to S/L but stripped it of its IO's for other toons.

We also shouldnt forget there is a recharge cap. its 400%. and my brute doesnt even get half of that.

Luckily I wasnt around for any of that. ED sounds right. I like regen how it is now, so I guess I would have liked it more before. IH as a toggle correct? Granted that would be a bit overpowered. So understandable. And people leveling insanely quickly in AE before is also understandable to be nerfed. The whole AE baby comes to mind. I do wish AE had its rewards updated tho. Granted I'm sure the devs dont want to touch it. Which is fine.

I'm not against fixing things that are bad. I just dont like the idea of AT's never being allowed to break free from their roles a bit and get some new abilities they normally dont have access to being in one or two of their sets. Also dont like the idea of the current game being messed with. I was once incredibly intimidated by the invention system but now have "mastered" it and even become obsessed with it. I'm completely ok with another proc for -res being introduced or other such procs. It allows any toon the ability to do those things. Doesnt psi melee have a confuse? thats outside of the box for a melee character and ok in my book.
