The word on the general forum thread is the power has to accept damage IOs or you can't slot it.

No, you can't slot it into Repel since it doesn't take Damage Enhancements. Also of note, is that Repel doesn't do Knockback at all! It uses the repel mechanic which is not the same thing.

Assuming for some reason I took repel, could I slot the new KB into KD proc and cause baddies to fall down around me? Please advise.
