I have a WP/MA tank. Has all the incarnate whatever. Despite it being a willpower tank with both quick Recovery, 4 performance shifters, and stamina with 3 efficacy adaptor, generating 4.5 end/sec, I have to manage the endurance usage like no other character I have including my DA tank running 10 toggles. The MA set burns through endurance like nothing else.
About the MA set. General comment, despite the set supposedly having increased base accuracy set, I did not see, and had to change the build to include a Kismet Accuracy unique, big help. Still needed to Tactics thou.
Thunder Kick, tanker #1 power, works well, just not a lot of damage. Storm Kick rocks, great power. Cobra Strike has a stun, %80 chance. Crippling Axe Kick does what it says, doesn't stack with anything else you have. Do not have Crane Kick. Dragon's Tail has a knockdown, %80 chance. Eagles Claw misses so much considering dropping it. -
What happens if we kill the Olympian Guard? Does Tyrant still get the buff?

I know you all are real happy with the supposed instant change, but mine still get interrupted or fail, especially in the trials. When it works, sweet.
I hate the temp power bar. -
I have not been monitoring the level shift on champion, but on other servers have not ever seen it change. Of course, have not come close to actually defeating Tyrant. Also the regen Tyrant gets from the Light seems huge.

If you run the old Sister TF thru Ouroboros, will it give the 50 merits. The old Positron TF merits were cut in half when it went to flashback. It has been quit a while since I've done it that way do not if that is still true.

I've never found any use for more than 1 slot in quickness. Probably want to look and the Numina and Miracle uniques in health and the performance shifter. I have those and in long fights endurance can be an issue and I'm running fewer toggles. I made mine, because I hadn't seen a BS/SR stalker. Might be a reason for that.

Like plainguy said, pretty much anything works with traps and a defender. I thought about fire, but, I hate flares and a defender is stuck with it. Thought about AR, have had bad experience with weapon draw and defenders, they always seem to be doing some thing that cause a redraw. In the end I made a trap/dark, was tired of making sonic. Some complain about the different sizes of the 2 cones. They are correct, the cone sizes are different, but, I ignore that and have not had any issues with it. Defense it easily capped. Like all my builds there are a work in progress, tend to play my characters in streaks, and I'm cheap or buy whats available. Anyway.

How much does an enhancement converter actually cost? Looks like 10 merits and some unknown amount of inf, that I can't read since all of the numbers have run together or overlap.

Went to Ouro, 2 arcs listed for Max, did the first. It was the mission I had done, don't know what the problem. Went back to taskmaster Gabriel, no listing at all for Max, guess that means I have completed it. But, still no intro to then next contact, who ever that is. This is looking like yet another set of mission I'll never get to do, not the first. Thanks all.

Max did not offer a choice of missions, only 1. Taskmaster Gabriel also states the Max final mission not complete. Online now and Max still will not talk to me, and no new contact that can advance the task list from Gabriel. -
Got 1 mission from Max, now he will not talk to me. Been blown off twice now from the "support" people. Any ideas how to complete his story arc?

With the new hacked teleporters I was able to delete all the teleporters in one room with the idea of deleting the room. So I try and delete it and cannot, says there is an item in the room, I don't see anything except a built up column in corner that I also cannot change the height of. The stats on the room say there is 1 teleporter in the room, unless it is buried in the column I don't see it. So how do I delete it when I cannot select it. Thanks for any help.

Love the changes to my stalker, its broad sword, only thing, the attacks seem a little slower. I don't seem to be getting the critical hits I should be. The new mechanic on Assassin Strike work, but some times need 5 or 6 hits to activate. Head Splitter should be getting more.
Still there are a number of things they apparently have no intention of ever addressing. I still cannot send offline SG invites to my own characters. Rooting caused by Heal Aura on my emp, considering there has been patches in the past to fix this issue, its disappointing since they broke it in issue 17.
Agree about DD, its not very exciting.
On the upside this is the first time they have made changes to the UI, that did not suck. -
how do you get the Magicked Telepad to accept 6 zone, mine only give 2 destinations?

Is there a list of what powers you can slot the ATOs in? For instance, Might of the Tanker, says any tanker damaging attack, yet, cannot slot into Dark Armour Death Shroud. I guess the real question is what is the definition of damaging attack?

Has it been posted any where stating exactly which powers you can slot the set into? It says any tanker damage power, but that clearly is not true.

I'll post mine, nothing special here, nothing expensive or hard to come by. As you can see, scorpion shield is nice, hardly mandatory.

__Klaw__, I was going to slot it in Death Shroud, but, can't. So now I have a set and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it now.

If I 6 slot FS, then I go with 3 acc, 3 rech. The buffs from FS stack up to the damage cap of each AT. So a Defender can add +%300 each time you use FS, +240 for controller/corruptor. Its not like the old days when you could fight +9, then you needed 3 acc, now 2 is probably enough. For me, FS can never go off to often.

Another vote for the defender. I have a kin/rad, /dark, elec, and /ice. Amazing how different each plays. The /ice and /elec like to be in melee for the FS, gotta like ice storm, the /elec just needs the damage boost. The /dark does well at range with tentacles and nightfall, with a nice heal now. The /rad with 2 fast attacks, neutrino bolt as a buzzsaw and laser beam eyes with an Achilles Heal. One thing to remember if you want to be a support character, a kinetic defender is a busy character, always something to do.

Thanks for the reply, I tried a build much along those lines, up until level 40 or so, but, like Mauk2, I expect my tanks to do some damage. Since I tend to solo a lot of characters, its mandatory. The problem with MA, despite its stated enhanced accuracy, it does not have it, and the set is a huge end hog. The way you have slotted Storm Kick, you'll never have the defense bonus. However, I do like the better defense values, so I'll take some ideas from this and look at some changes. The build I have now was arrived at by on the fly changes to a planned build, with the idea of a respec to be done after completing some of the i-trials. Thanks for the response.
