I am trying to go for a pretty powerful design, I want to be able to survive at 54x4 in PVE. I have a preliminary. As you can see I have focused on a completely Defense based build, but I was wondering if there are some other aspects i must look at too

I've never found any use for more than 1 slot in quickness. Probably want to look and the Numina and Miracle uniques in health and the performance shifter. I have those and in long fights endurance can be an issue and I'm running fewer toggles. I made mine, because I hadn't seen a BS/SR stalker. Might be a reason for that.
