Much of the player base were clamouring for 'end game' content. That being said, do I feel that I absolutely have to play my 50's?
No.
Matter of fact, I was on my lvl 21 Defender last night, dragging around a bunch of friends on their 13-38's on Mercedes Sheldon's arc.
I look forward to getting my Ouro portal on her tonight, the old fashioned way. -

Not really. And with a bit of tweaking, you can get it outta your face and get yourself into the game with a minimum of fuss and muss.

My answer is the same every time this comes up, as long as it's an option. Personally, I'd like to be able to have the option of my Phantom Army have the same appearance as my Phantasm, barely there.

Also, Win7 gives you a little app called 'Snipping Tool'. Makes it very handy when you want to take a screenie while within the character creator.
I have it attached to my Task Bar for ease of use. Icon looks like this...

I had this issue with Firefox on the Mac at my old job, I think it actually had to do with the mouse not being completely functional. Sometimes the scroll ball would work sometimes it wouldn't, more often than not it would scroll up but not down.

I was just able to update mine, though it took me inputting my image's url twice to stick. What the forums did do was eat my bug post.

While running the Atlas Park Safeguard mission, when I had the minimap open and was moving my character's icon and objective icons would shift, some of them completely outside of the map boundaries.

I'd see Prestige Earned as just another filter and have to agree, that as far as ranking goes, it's pretty meaningless. I'm sure that there are plenty of people out there that don't even know about the SG search function.
Not saying that it shouldn't be listed, but I don't think that an off-site SG roster should list them according to their Prestige, I'd prefer Forbin's suggestion of Server specific and alphabetically, with filters for RP, PvP, Farming, Theme, etc. -

I share your sentiment, but for a different reason.
I dislike beta because it feels like a waste of time. Nothing you get or do there has any effect on the "real" game, so other than popping in there (and wasting time you could spend doing other things by having to update for the patch) and testing huge/obvious changes, I see no reason to stay more than 5 minutes.
The whole purpose of crash-testing cars it to see what happens to them in a crash, and then work out the design defects to make it safer for those in the vehicle. -
Basically, it unlocks access to Praetoria, and some of the Going Rogue systems like alignment switching with the tip mission, and also the Incarnate system. There is nothing else you have to download.

Heroside, I dismiss anything Carny. Just not fun. Same with Malta, except on my fire tank, they're a good challenge for that character. On a team I just roll through anything blueside, though.
Villainside there is only one that I will always skip. "A Tortured Scream". I'm pretty sure it was named for the sounds made by those that actually play it. On a huge CoT temple map you get to find a blinky, find a boss, find 4 more blinkies, then find another boss. Never doing it again on a team or solo.
