Bought Going Rogue ingame question

I bought Going Rogue basedoff the little symbol when youre logging into the actual game and it said inorder for the expansion to take effect, Id have to relog. I do all of that and still no prompt to download. Is there a specific Going Rogue link I can use, My account page shows the purchase of it.

If you are already playing Coh/V and added Going Rogue to your existing account, when you log in now and create a NEW toon, you should be presented with the option on creating a preatorian or hero or villain. The game client is already downloaded for you, you just had to get access.

Basically, it unlocks access to Praetoria, and some of the Going Rogue systems like alignment switching with the tip mission, and also the Incarnate system. There is nothing else you have to download.
