Nope. While it doesn't always get updated to the NC Account page in a timely fashion, the website has always had them as soon as announced, and nothing so far.
Not sure about any badge titles from the data diggers though. -
In Space?
Mostly because people forget the correct term is "equine" or "Pegasus", not horse, feathers. Probably the same people who confuse a winged unicorn with a pegasus. -
If patron are not changeable, though it would be a design decision - whatever tech they use for Pool powers would work for APPs/PPPs as well.
-
Only other thing I can think of is wanting to keep open the ability to hit the markets/sg bases.
-
The main issue for all non-primary/secondary power pools is the fact that they are a) not selected at start, and b) change-able. So, to make them work with the system requires coding time, which is currently unavailable due to GR.

Quote:It's not so much that they are seperate clients as they read off separate account databases for entry. That's why there is a delay for reactivation and account upgrades on test.yes you can be logged in both..ive done it before. so unless they have changed it...the answer is yes
test is its "own " client...its not connected to any other server..thats why it can be done..if it wasnt we would have it in the same listings as the other servers and not having to download it with a different path. -

Quote:Ah, the Mission Teleporter. Brilliant Rod, you're right, that would do it (although not for every account). Nice solution.
I tell you how to do it and you give Rod the credit?Quote:Also, for anyone with the requisite powers, you can Use the pocket D teleporter to go to Pocket D, hit the bartenders for inspirations, then go and use the mission porter to return to the RWZ IF there is currently an active mission there.

Based on this and info from when it was first available, buying it on steam basically just gets you a account key. You then have to apply it to your account. If you want to double check, use that support site to send in a question (I would recommend linking to the one I linked to and ask for a clarification, so they would update that one.)

Snipes are an exception to it, as well as AS. Don't know of any other interruptible power that is queue-able.

Quote:If the GM forces you to get a new name, they are a tightwad.I guess I'll just play it safe and petition myself. I wonder how often the GMs see that?
I had no intention of copying the CoH character Valkyrie, I had completely forgotten about her existence. I just went with Walkure because I am a Wagner fan and thought it was unique. I'll update this thread with the results.
With a inconveniently placed stick.
It will be fine. -
Quote:I can tell you the people that work there are pretty cool. Haven't bought one myself, but they are at the very least competent.Falcon Northwest
I'm on my second Mach V now, they make good machines. Check out how you can customize it pretty much anyway you want.

Quote:Sounds like the Developers like their 2 billion inf cap, but don't mind if the players use a system for a non-intended use as long as they don't expect to be compensated if they ever let those 53s back into the openSounds like the game could use a bank where players could store inf. instead of having to work around the system like that.

While you can set a macro as a toggle (auto-repeating until you hit it again) I'm not sure you can fully automate gameplay via the GKeys, seems like it would require scripting it doesn't support.
Their main issue is bot programs - such as Glider for WoW. Set it, forget it, and go to sleep while leveling/grinding/etc. -
Quote:ty , i thought i might be me but as the power is for others i was not sure
Three types of special IOs, Hobbit.
Proc - "X% Chance to Y" - read the IO to see if it mentions "target" (power's target, although note some powers like the Kinetic heal don't target your teammates, for example, even though pretty much every other aura heal does) or "caster" - you are always the caster, not always the target.
120's/Proc-like Globals - All of these affect the caster, as I recall. Called 120's because they mention that it's affects last for 120 seconds. Like procs, must be in a power being used to go off.
Regular Globals - these simply give you a permanent effect. All the KB protection IOs are these - they are special Set Bonuses - so they will only affect you and they do not work when you exemplar below their level -3. -
The developers have no issue with the G15 as long as you don't use it to fully automate your play. As in, no walk in, hit one button, leave, come back to a dead room.
I myself use it (with a .1 sec delay after the "/" key) for global channel binds. -
Quote:As White Hot Flash points out, the customization posts were not "there will never be", it was "If we did this, it would be all we do for way too long".I suggest that you go back and reread all of your "There will never be Weapons Customization!" and "There will never be Power Customization!" posts. Then ponder the irony of this post later as well...
The bits with SGs/Influence/etc will be design choices, not limitations of reality. -
Did you check by going into a mission searching for yourself? Because SG bases like to show up as missions some times.

Quote:So is Thor.Should not be a name policy issue (Valkyries being in the public domain). However, a squad of Wagnerite Ninja may be dispatched from Bayreuth.
Public Domain does not preclude restrictions in various medias.
Using the German version of the word should be fine.
Of course, now I'm tempted to watch Fafner in the Azure again. -

Quote:Incorrect. They tell us a "no later than" date by which they started playing.
froum reg dates tell us nothing
Which IS basically the point you are making
