Invasion!
Exterimate him! Better yet, interogate the vermin as to how he got into Grandville in the first place.
Hail Recluse!
GR sneak peak, much?
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

Over the years, occasionally when I'm bored, I'd do a search for "GM" in the Team Search to see if any are on. If so, I'd Friend them. I had quite a collection of names at one point, but after NCSoft purged their staff a couple of years ago, I never saw activity from them anymore. I supposed some of them could have wised up and stayed in Hidden mode.
Edit:
Your UI layout is so crowded. Have you considered using the Window Scale to allow them fit better?
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
He looks like a dead jedi.
Usually, a GM will take on the avatar of a Police Drone, this way it's apparent that this is a GM. Also, only GMs/Devs/Mods can have PCs in the game with an underscore, so any real GM will have a name that beings with "GM_". If someone say's they're a GM and they don't have that underscore, it's a player spoofing them and that player should be /petitioned immediately.
A funny/frustrating thing about GMs taking on a hero or villain PC is that if the GM is not that familiar with CoH (NCSoft has a GM 'pool' that provides GM services for all their games such as Guild Wars and Aion), they may not realize that you have to enable cross-alignment chat for a hero to speak to a villain (as what needs to be done in Co-Op zones or PvP zones). So, it's been known for a GM to show up in a villain's mission after being summoned by /petition, and not 'hear' what you're saying since they don't have villain chat enabled. And they think they're being ignored and leave. If that ever happens to you, get on your global or help channel and ask someone playing a hero to send that GM a /tell to enable their villain chat.

The only time I've ever seen a GM, he had a really buff shirltess ninja as an avatar - he came to defeat the last enemy on a store map, who was stuck inside a display case .p

I've never seen anyone catch a GM unless they have a MasterBall.
I've gotten to deal with GMs twice.
Once on a speed ITF where we hilariously didn't complete the third mission somehow. After all objectives were completed, the mission wasn't. Needless to say that slowed down our speedrun. Took a good 20 minutes to get a GM to respond. We could've restarted in that time, but eh. The GM didn't actually show up, but they did complete the mission for us.
Other time we had a team doing missions in the Hollows, and we had a badguy stuck in the ceiling. A GM showed up as a police drone and teleported him out of the ceiling so we could defeat him. He just asked some basic questions about what caused the bug and then left.
Dispari has more than enough credability, and certainly doesn't need to borrow any from you.

I haven't met any GMs.
But I have met (and held a brief conversation with) Ocho, who did show up in St. Martial on his Tanker to pass out gold titles for Real World Hero donors.
The NHU had a GM come into look at the base, when we...ah...broke it. Heh. The item limit and stability as it is at the moment didn't like our base makers creativity, and crashed. Had to revert back a few stages to get it all back.

Lest somewhat take what you say in jest as gospel, let me point out, for those who don't know, that when GMs (Game Masters) enter the game, they have to chose a Hero or Villain avatar just like everyone else. Only, they have the special GM/Dev/Mod flag that allows them to enter the zone of any faction/alignment. That's been in place since CoV and is not new.

Can't you just send the /tell to their Global ID and bypass that, as you can with players? Or is there something different with the GM accounts? (I've never had an issue communicating with a GM, so if there is a difference in this way I've never run into it.)
