You can't. You'll have to give the other person your credit card info, or have them give you their account info. Either way someone is gambling. You can't currently gift stuff like that, unfortunately.

Hello everyone, I've got a quick question.
Is there a way to buy the Booster Packs from the store, and apply them to someone ELSE'S account?
Every time I've bought the packs, they've just dropped me straight to the application for my account, which I didn't mind then. However, NOW, I want to give a couple boosters to a few friends for the Holiday.
To my knowledge, I've never gotten an EMail with the codes in them... I just wanna make sure it's possible before I spend twenty bucks.
