I call it a 120 because the description will state "for 120 seconds" - the healing set unqiues, etc. all have that and all follow the same rules as procs regarding activation/availability.

1 - check your emails for details. Was a box or digital purchase? If the latter, the codes end up emailed to you. Also, if you have any digital purchases, having those codes can help.
2 - How did you pay for the first subscription month (not the "new account" freemonth) - CC/Debit or time card? If CC/Debit, they will ask for the last four digits of the card. If the time card, they want the whole thing. -
have you tried the support site? it's seperate.

Another red name starting with an avatar? You folks must be giving the artsy types FITS.
Welcome. Thanks for braving the boards. -
Of course the stealth IO worked - it is a 120. So it's
basically a proc.
Both purple and PvP ( thus also called.muave) sets retain their sete bonuses regardless of exemplAr status. -
Also, listing fees. Someone might of been too poor to list the fifteen as high as they wanted when all the bids on it are lower.

If I am a winner, I permit NC Interactive, Inc. and NCsoft Europe Limited to use my name, likeness, photograph, hometown, and any comments that I may make about myself or this contest that I provide for advertising and promotional activities. I also certify that I am at least 13 years of age and am eligible to participate in this contest.

Glad you decided to stick around
Enjoy the weekend.

Also, this would only work if done while the game IS NOT running.

Fix... and nice call, forgot to mention the level four thing.

Okay, you get the power "Ninja Run" - this boosts your speed more than sprint, but less than super speed while at the same time boosting your jump a little more than combat jumping.
"Ninja Leap" is a costume change emote (CCE). If you have more than one costume, you can select it from the drop down menu then the new costume, and it preforms the leap during the change.
You can also use slash commands, although under the slash command you use "ccninjajump" not "ccninjaleap" -
Search for hijackThis and CoHHelper - those are the two reports Tech help usually want. Coh helper is a fan-made program that run the dxdiag program then trims out the trash, IIRC. Hijack this is a commonly used program that shows what processes are running and some other stuff.

Reminds me, as I recall, there is one special IO out there that is a 120 that stacks a set bonus onto you with each use. the basic 7.5% mez resist, I think.

Even if there is a memory leak with the game on it's own, does not mean a more serious one doesn't exist when combined with the above cards and drivers.

And just FYI - here noob/n00b is negitive. You're a newb.

Welcome. -
One cool thing is you don't have to be limited to one server- prior to the last big update, we had no ability to "mail" anything - now we can mail things to ourselves, cross server even, just not cross-faction, which helps negate the "new server pain".
Also, groups like Repeat Offenders (www.repeat-offenders.net) exist on several servers. To keep together, groups like that have a global (aka cross-server) channel.
Also, the main go-to info source for this game is www.paragonwiki.com
And the in-game help channel is talked in via /hc

Needs a tragedy origin. I've a character that was born with "unusuable" magic until he found his wife covered in blood, dead, with her wedding ring finger amputated.

Quote:But that's not buffing the powers damage.But.....their damage DOES increase if you reduce your target's damage resistance. Confirmed this one on my Sonic/Devices blaster.
All damage bonuses are ignored by procs - but then when the damage is applied to the target, it's modified by the targets damage resistance value to that type of damage - which if it has been de-buffed will increase the damage dealt. -
Quote:Especially for globals - where the level of the IO determins how far down you can SK and still benefit from it.Certain recipes, no matter how long I waited, never seemed to come up on the market, so I would save and save and buy those via merits. Otherwise, I strictly gamble stuff up. Even if the immediate character can't use it, I'll either give it to an alt who can, or craft it and stash it in the SG/VG base for sale to another member.
