Last I checked, you cannot bind to a specific tray number.
The closest you can do is to use slot, altslot, and alt2slot which bind to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd displayed trays in the main power tray. -

OMG I didn't even think of that possibility. I'd probably quit this game and/or stake myself (whichever is quicker to accomplish) if they ever tried to pull some kind of Twilight crossover.

My level 15 Praetoria character is an undercover Resistance fighter doing Chance McKnight's missions. The current mission says that I should contact Calvin Scott to tell him what's going on, but I can't figure out how to contact him for this!
I've tried using the Call button and going to see him in person, but he just offers me a new contact; there doesn't seem to be an option to tell him about my mission.
What am I doing wrong? -
The regular edition is just an upgrade, and not worth it now that the game is released (it was purely for the early-access pre-purchase bonuses). It does not give the free month, it cannot be used to start a new account, and lacks the bonus pack.
Free month + bonus pack = 22 US$ in value, so you save about $12 anyway going via the CCE (or even just 5 if you were not interested in the bonus pack). -

That G5 reminds me of the old MX700 (I think it was) Keyboard/Mouse combo (wireless receiver was recharger dock for the mouse) - love that mouse - had an extra button under the wheel, and none were for PSI adjustments.

The process is simple. Start the updater. Tell it to load the game. Once the game starts loading, restart the updater. Continue.
I would also recommend the -maxinactivefps 5 flag at the end of your shortcut's target (outside the quotation marks, with one space before the "-", just like the -test flag) - which will make the background instance not hog as many resources. -
There is a "Naga Tray" or whatever you can enable if you have the mouse - 1-10 corresponds to the powers in it, 11 & 12 let you cycle through trays.

Check your Netgraph, the one time I had a failed respec my Netgraph was showing lots of red spikes. I believe the failure of a respec when your connection is suboptimal is to prevent database corruption.
Ice brutes in CoV beta lost all their powers when those powersets were removed from them. They had brawl, and sprint. -
The stun proc "works" just fine in any power that takes end mod sets. However, due to the "if the devs allowed it to go live it is not griefing" and the "I'm an basshole" groups using it in speed boost - ski slopes and elsewhere - it no longer affects players (in PVE at least).

You can, but unless you can prove he did it on purpose or he has a history of such happenings, I don't see much coming of it. There was no blatently grieving there.

Heh, Norton. Used to disable your Internet when you uninstalled it, and only AV I've known to kill network games it is merely on the same network as.

Also, Trendmicro has their Housecall Antivirus - runs from the net - if you know you have a virus but your regula. Scannr does find it, it's a nice and easy double check. -

One thing to note - the defense you have the less debuffs will hit you - resistance doesn't prevent them from landing like defense does.

Claws - technically even the Aura IOs don't affect the pet, rather they grant you a power.
