Last patch? No. What kind of scrapper (pri/sec powers)? What enemies are you fighting now and what where you fighting then?
  2. On the tomax (City of Data) portion you should benable to fined the referenced charts (melée_heal, etc.). Same for the endurance one. Multiply the value for your level on that chart by the amount in the proc (.67 & .075) as I recall. Either that or by 67 and 7.5. Been a while.

Alternatively if you know the format, I think you can go and enterthe name into your chat bar (I usually use local) to provide an info link then set the leve and at I'm interested in.

yes and no - you will need to cancel billing then resub after the 29th for the deal you want.

For the others - you'd cancel and resub. There is no reason to believe it would work differently.

For peoe who would rather pay NOW and not when your billing is up, you can cancel, resub, and choose a one-time paypal payment as your method - it will snag that money asap.

Also, I know paragonwiki, I used to look at it sometimes. But I heard quite a few bad things about the info in it, and that the site itself is infested to begin with...so I just stopped going there lol.

However, your explanation of the debuff.
I'm not sure I get it right. You're basically saying that a 50% would halve the regen rate of a critter....
So, for example a use of Lingering Radiation, which is a 500% Regen debuff against say..a level 54 AV, who has a 87% Resist to regen debuff.
That means out of the 500% original debuff the AV will only be get hit by 65% Regen debuff. Does that mean that their HP will now take 2.857 times? Which is basically saying instead of regenerating from 1 HP to full HP in 5 minutes, it would take them about (approximately) 14 minutes and 20 seconds?

Is that it? Or did I get it all wrong?
Also, I'm assuming recovery debuffs work the same way?
4 mins is the base regen, but yeah.

And as far as the values - we know what base regen/recovery means - x% in y minutes - and we know the end values for given ranks - for HP try looking up the rank pages and the basic NPC page. They've never listed the regen/sec for the ranks because it was never really necessary (except for AVs, and I think that's listed on their page) and even less for Recovery (most debuffs do percents so actual end doesn't matter.).
  5. It's from the Mac Pack edition of the game (also give the Valkyrie costume bits)

No it doesn't. Not anymore than the different holds having different appearences/some make the targets choke instead of freeze prove that they can use power customization make holds look different.

In other words, just shows they power was set up different than regular stealth.

First of all, someone could pick up CJ and Jump Kick to get acro :P

For the most part the only place this really comes up is Global IOs.

Globals work as set bonuses, but pretty much all are uniquely named. So you can benefit from the Huge (I think it's called) recharge bonus of 7.5% five times and five LotG:Global Recharge IOs

Now...question is, how do debuffs factor in this? Matter of fact, how do buffs work as well? Though I'm assuming if I can learn one the other will work the same way, but yeah. I can't figure it out really. How do Regen/Recovery buffs and debuffs work?

Suppose I'm on a Cold/Elec defender. I'm fighting some random mob of Minions (safe bet they have no resist to either debuffs. They recover 6.667% End every 4 seconds, and 5% HP every 42 seconds). I throw in Benumb at one of them (base -500% Regen debuff), and then hit it with Short Circuit (which has a base 100% Recovery debuff -- Assume it's not slotted for End mod for the sake of simplicity). How would that mess up the poor critter's Regen and Recovery?
    www.paragonwiki.com is your friend

    Here is the "Limits" page.

Regeneration for most/all critters is based off the metric that "0" to 100% takes four minutes. From the above link, you see that minimum regeneration is 0. So if they get hit by the -500% regen buff, their regen stops. The extra is good for things such as resistance (especially against higher level foes and AVs) and will work against any buffs they might have/later gain.

If something instead gave a 50% debuff, it would halve the critters regen, so it would take instead 8 minutes for a "0" to 100%.

    Same with recovery.

Note, not all attributes can be debuffed to 0, and others can go below zero.

Main use of Multi-Quote is stuff like this, to cut down on one person spamming a thread with replies to everyone from before. The multi-quote from another thread is just bonus.

No problem :P (Note, multi-quote quotes in the order of the button pushed, not the order of what was posted first)

    Fun?

The server forums global channel lists are a great place to start. If you are on (or don't mind moving) to Justice, Freedom, or Virtue you can check out th Repeat Offenders website.

We are a bunch fun people, questionble humor (), our few rules generally boil down to "Be kind; Rewind". And there are usually a number of us on at any given time.

At least until the next two levels of alpha powers are released, yeah. Although, as a MM that can also let him slot for more secondary effects in his pets without penalty at fifty.

Also, if it's a thread that's older than a couple months, but really relevant, you can click the multiquote icon in the relevant post(s) then start a new thread (quotes auto-link-back to their original post) to give background on where you're coming from with a question.

In general, for most arcs, I'm unclear as to when "the team" gets a badge, and when it's only the mission getter. Thanks in advance for your replies.
The Patron Arcs and the Efficiency Expert arcs both give badges that award only to mission holder.

Pretty much all the rest are team.

This page is a little more clear, I think :
    http://goingrogue.na.cityofheroes.co...lpha-slot.html

As an MM, Cardiac probably isn't the route for you - but the other three could be very useful as their core ability is Damage (Musculature), Accuracy (Nerve), and Recharge (Spiritual).

As far as how they help you - it should act as if it was an enhancement slotted into every power, so use that to figure out what tiers you want to build up to.

    Help!!

Another trick - if you have a buddy with a Visa or Mastercard, have them enter theirs then - and as soon as it finishes, remove the card info.

Does depend on someone trusting you enough. I did it this way myself.

Note, as you remove it before it is charged, it is NOT your first payment method.

And just for general purposes, keep a copy of that game key, and a note if your first month that you paid for directly was done via PayPal (and the account name/transaction number), Visa (and last 4 digits of the card), MC (and last 4 digits of the card), or Time card (and the whole number). This helps establish identity if you somehow lose control of the account.

    There are four.

Two were released early for pre-purchasers - Demon Summoning and Dual Pistols. The other two were not released until GR itself was - Kinetic Melee and Electric Control.

Total of four - gives a new set to each of the 10 basic archetypes.

One, corruptors might very well be more your style - they are similar to defenders but higher damage slightly lower buffs.

Two - recently Vigilance had a small damage buff added for solo/small team play for defenders. Defenders get a 30% damage bonus, -10% for each of the first three teammates the defender has.

I lost a load of stuff and got it restored, and make sure you /petition not /bug, nobody ever responds to bugs other than the standard "forwarded to QA" reply.

It seems quite a few people lost stuff.
Actually, a human does look at bugs before they are sent to QA - I've on rare occasion received "We've received this, how can we help you, yadda yadda, please use /petition next time".
