    Fixed - there's a lot of vets that have been away for a while, so they might still need help with new or old forgotten stuff.

    Strictly speaking, that's not true - spiders and jaegers don't use bipedal skeletons, nor does Lusca. On the other hand, they also have a very limited palette of animations, so your point is still valid.

    Coming Storm?

    Am I the only one who read the article and immediately went "Doo dee doo dee doo, OH S*** METEORS"?

    You can turn those off in options.

    And as for the talkie missions, keep them - but replace them with "you have been contacted by" windows you get for Castanella, Agent Nancy et al.
  5. Yeah, I don't think it's possible to have that, although it would be hella useful.

    Eeeeh, not really. Zapping a Lost with a wand causes all the others around him to start blasting away at their former comrade, who has gone mysteriously invulnerable {I suspect Hero 1's blood}, and completely ignoring the player.
  7. I'd say there's no point. I've seen people with several year's worth of badges being as clueless about the game as the newbie in the Help channel asking where the Hollows is. How can this be? They've been away from the game for months or years and forgotten most of it.

    Hmmm. So what if the popmenu command first unbound a key, then loaded the file which adds a bind to it?

    Edit: Mnope, unbind don't work.

    Unless we're talking about different things, I'd say you're wrong, as I use them routinely. Have the macro execute the command and bind the same key you used to activate it to call a powexec_slot, which does the same and so on. There's no way I know of to call a macro by name, though.
  11. Another vote for the tribal booster. Throw in something from every {inhabited} continent or major culture.

    My wishlist

    Quick wish dump!

    Implement the ability to convert salvage into random salvage of a selected category at a loss. For example, converting five pieces of ceramic armor salvage into three pieces of random Lv26-40 common magical salvage. This could address the disparity between salvage that is in low supply and astronomical cost and salvage whose supply at any given time can count literally in tens of thousands, usually driven by the nature of latest content additions. Similar code is already in place {conversion of base salvage}, so it's likely it wouldn't need to be written from scratch.

    Take another look at Praetorian mobs and the balance issues with them. Destroyers {specifically blast masters and big dogs} are the primary offenders, but almost all groups become disproportionally difficult for low-level players in large teams.

    Implement a command for window positioning, as well as the ability to set transparency for individual windows. /wdwload looks like it was intended to support this, but functionally it has... failings.

    Reduce the number of players needed for the Cavern of Transcendence trial, or at least the number of players needed to complete it. As things stand, a single player leaving {willingly or otherwise} makes the trial unwinnable for everyone else.
  14. It resembles Kinetic Melee more, essentially being a longer-lasting build-up. Coming in at Lv32 is far too late to bring in a power that basically defines the set mechanics.
  15. To be honest, it sounds pretty "meh". All of the relatively new powersets have had a "gimmick" to differentiate them from the older sets, and this just looks like a {negative} energy reskin of Assault Rifle.
  16. Not that I know of, mfraid, at least not using the regular game. I could swear I saw a chat filtering app in someone's sig, though.

    That's the thing. The Popmenu calls

    Option "Hellions" "bindloadfile target_hellions.txt"

    Which in tun contains

    g "targetcustomnext enemy alive Damned$$targetcustomnext enemy alive Girlfriend$$targetcustomnext enemy alive Fallen$$targetcustomnext enemy alive Blood"

    If I load the file manually, the G key gets bound to this - but if I use the popmenu to load it, I get the " Keybinds file loaded: target_hellions.txt" message, but the G key doesn't actually get mapped.

    Whyso?

    Anyway, I've tried making a workaround, where the popmenu calls a bindloadfile that contains the targeting info - except nothing happens, again. I get a message that the file has been loaded, but no binding takes place. If I run the bindloadfile manually, then it works fine. The bind file is in the data folder, if that's a factor.

    WaitWHAT?

    Hmmm... think it might be because there was a Help global channel both in the US and EU side that their memberships merged too?

    WaitWHAT?

    Interesting bit of trivia - "window_scale status" controls a whole bunch of windows.

    But anyway yeah, I'm curious, did they up the global channel capacity from 2500 to... well, more?

    Wait, what do you mean? Up until now, I've never seen it break 2500 - in fact, it pretty much hovered there all the time.

    WaitWHAT?

    What's wrong with this picture? Does this mean what I think it means?
  23. Nope, if I put it before the bind, then it'll bind G to target the first one, an proceed to target the last one in the line.
  24. Gotta question {and it beats starting a new thread}. I'm trying to set up a popmenu that will bind a key to target mobs in a descending order of priority - bosses, lous, emanators, etc. Here's the menu code I've tried it out with;
    Code:
    Menu "Targeting"
    {
        Title "Custom targeting"
        Option Hellions bind g "targetcustomnext enemy alive Damned$$targetcustomnext enemy alive Girlfriend$$targetcustomnext enemy alive Fallen$$targetcustomnext enemy alive Blood"
        Option Skuls bind g "targetcustomnext enemy alive Daddy$$targetcustomnext enemy alive Death$$targetcustomnext enemy alive Gravedigger"
    }
    However, when I activate it, I just get bind "g" "" in my error channel, with no binding actually taking place. Am I messing up the syntax somewhere?
  25. Also for passing-on, should you take another look at this thread;

    Buying stuff at people other than yourself. All the cool online stores are doing it.
