I agree with Bill. It's more than a little irritating having to explain to team-mates that you're responding to Help Channel questions. Over and over again.

So... don't explain it to them. You're not legally obligated to answer people who whine about not being able to see what channel you're talking on because they have never modified the default chatbox.

How about *not* having whatever we've typed just show up above our heads? Doesn't happen for SG chat, global or the like - and is apparently rather disorienting, distracting and/or amusing to teammates who don't see the text appear in chat.
