I want to make a stalker and try Ice Armor. Im not sure what primary I want to use, I usually team and solo and run Itrials alot. I don't PvP.
Thanks -
Thanks for the help Necrotech. I think im gonna make a Ill/Rad hopefully they change poison a little more to make the DeBuffs decent and then I will reroll. Not sure when that will be.
-
Ill/Rad is great for everything from what I see. Is Ill/Poison good enough to do the same stuff as a Ill/Rad. I don't Solo GMs or AVs because im not really a hardcore player.
-
I used to have a Mastermind that had poison as a secondary and I hated it because of the fact I had a single target heal, and single target DeBuffs. Now the sets debuffs have AoE in them so now it better. I planned on making a Illusion/Poison but would it be better on say a Fire/Poison Corruptor. My concept is based off the scarecrow from the batman comics so I guess radiation could work too. But still want a viable toon that is fun and is able to do decent on Itrials. From the looks of it also Poison isn't played often so does that mean it not very good?

Thanks all for the help I decided to jump on the bandwagon and make a Earth/Earth Dom, He's Lvl 10 now and is a ton of fun. I might ask a few more questions as I progress through Earth on the forums sometimes.
Thanks again -
Does /Earth play simulary to the Brute version. I had an Earth/Elec Brute that was tons of fun. I sadly deleted him
.
-
Hmm... I think im gonna go with Earth, Earlier on yesterday I teamed with a Icer Dom and his damage wasn't to great like you said what would you pair with Earth other than /Earth, Psi?
-
Fire control is still a possibility for me aswell.
-
Hello, This is my first Dom after playing many Tanks, Scrappers, Brutes so I wanted to try something different. Either Dark or Earth. I have heard some good and some bad things about Dark Control. I haven't heard much about Earth however but from what I see it seems like a pretty solid set. Btw im pairing it with Ice. So what is better in your opinion and why.
Thanks All. -
My Thug/Dark MM is lvl 24 right now and he is really fun to play, I have a couple of the +Def, +Res IO's that help the pets if they are actually able to hit past the DeBuff. What I do to keep them alive is to spam the heal and you Darkest Night on every Mob.
As far as I know Thugs, Demons, and Bots are the best but Necro is really fun even though they are really stupid and Traps can pretty much go with anything if you want it to really. -
So my main on my new account is a Elec/SS tank and he is really reallly survivable but I haven't seen any for a long time I dont get it. I barely ever die if I am fighting anything but the Arachnos (Toxic Damage Hurts). Why don't I see many people play it, When I played on Freedom I saw 1 Elec/SS that inspired me to make mine. Now I play on Triumpth and I haven't seen one Electric Armor tank.
-
Not sure if there is a certain spot to start threads that compare to archtype so Im gonna put it which one im most used to.
I dont see many threads talking about Traps on Corruptors so are there many of them. So is it good on Corruptors and what should it be paired up with. Im staying away from Fire because I have played alot of Fire Blast.
Traps seem to be common on Masterminds however and how would it pair up with a demon. Demons seem to be somewhat ranged. Never have played traps before and im very new to Demon Summoning
Thanks for the help -
Nevermind

How do you vote?
-
So im not really sure were I would put this question, But has anyone else had any problems with NcSoft Laucher for some reason it wont come on because its saying application not found. So I cant play City of Heroes on here. I have looked around on the internet but nothing seems to be on there are there any fixes to this problem. Thanks Fellows
PS... Get rid of the NcSoft Launcher to many problem just to play one game I pay for!!! -
Entropic Arua is kind like Inviciblity except instead of giving the defense bonus or whatever it gives you more recharge, Im not exactly sure how much -recharge it actually has.
-
I had a Elec/SS tank with Laser Eyes and Chose that over Hurl because I had hurl and it takes way to long for the attack to actually go out and is a Fury killer im guessing, I did change Laser Eyes for Fire Blast though, Does much more damage.
-
I was either just gonna use Ninja Run or Drop Dark Consumption for SJ just because Dark Consumption isnt really as useful with a secondary like Ea with alot of End Management tools.
-
Thanks Count, I was thinking about switching out the Serendpity for the Lotg to but they are so expensive, I will probably get them eventually, Still saving up for 2 pvp io's for my elec/ss tank.

So how does it look and will it put up with most end-game things like incarnate trials. I accept constructive criticism
Thanks for the help! -
I was thinking of trying the new Broadsword on brute. I decided to make him a BS/SR for the fact I have never really played either set before. I know that Broadsword is kinda slow but when it hits it hits HARD. I know nothing about SR all i know is it has something to do with numbers.
So should I stay a brute or remake him a scrapper. Also some help with SR would be awesome.
Thanks Guys -
SR seems really good on a tank I watched a video on youtube a guy had SR/Ice and wasnt getting hit very much at all. I have never tried SR but dark melee is my favorite melee set in the game and the heal in it would help SR lack of self heal. Also SR is really cheap to soft-cap compared to other sets.
So is it viable for all around play and endgame incarnate trials
Much Thanks -
So I have decided to finally make a Street Justice toon as a brute. Im trying to find a secondary that is decent with it and I was thinking either
SR, WP, Invul.
I do alot of duo missions with my Brother and I run TF all the time. When Im level 50 Im gonna be doing some Incarnate Trials.
Thanks Guys -
So A couple of days ago a guy oon the LGTF was playing his DM/Invul he was tough he died once I think so what makes a DM/Invul so survivable and is it worth making one?
Thanks Guys -
So yesterday I was running a ITF for Incarnate Shards and a Stj/SR and Stj/SD was on the team and they took out mobs quick and I was thinking of making one. But I also have a Stj/Ea scrapper in mind so which one would be better?
I team alot and solo alot aswell
Thanks
