I've read in this forum somewhere that if your Inf cap drops from going VIP to premium, it just means you can't gain anymore inf until you drop under the cap. You can still use up the inf that's over the cap, send it off to other characters, w/e.

Quote:http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Damage_ScaleTo my knowledge, Dominators are .9 damage scale and I believe 1.0 melee Scrappers are 1.2 with critical factored or 1.12 without.
1.05 Melee, .95 range for Doms
Scrappers are 1.125 Melee (not counting crits) -
So, I was having the log out problem myself for a while, then today I accidentally didn't check the remember me box and I've been logged in all day. Perhaps the check/uncheck states got mixed up or something? If you check it it acts as if it's unchecked and if it's unchecked it acts as if it's checked?
Maybe other people having trouble can try logging in without checking it and see if that helps? -

I'm interested in buying one, I don't particularly care which. Not familiar with doing off market trades though.

Quote:The -hp effect is capped at -150hp per stack for strong targets like AVs/monsters. I'm pretty sure that heavily limits its usefulness for anything you'd really want to use it on.Now, would the -HP in Degenerative Interface be useful in an AV fight? Particularly the side that has the Toxic DoT. It still deals extra damage, and I've heard nothing about AVs resisting -HP debuffs, since I'm pretty sure it's a brand new mechanic. It will effectively reduce their regeneration, since it is HP based, and it will make it so you have to do less total damage to win (assuming you can keep it consistently applied). If I go for a DoT applying interface, it will be that one or the Negative energy DoT of Spectral (though the immobilization for 2 seconds will be useless).

Not even attempting to have single target damage, interesting.

The purple pet set is best for non MMs with limited duration longish cooldown pets, imo. With 4 slots can cap damage, almost cap recharge and get 2 enhancers worth of accuracy. The recharge isn't very helpful for MMs.

Play a low level controller for a bit, come back to the tanker, then marvel at how you can actually hurt things.

Hrm, what's the base hit of lore pets?
I'm wondering if Cims do so much better than other pets because they have def debuff making up for whatever the base hit of lore pets is. So having team tohit buffs/enemy def debuffs should help the other pets a good amount? -
Guess I have another recipe to buy now.

Quote:You're looking at +maxhp in mids with accolades enabled. A Tanker needs a total of +88% max hp, including accolades, to cap. 20% is obtainable through accolades. That leaves 68% max hp to obtain by other means. As Mr Liberty mentions above, you can't get +68% from just IO bonuses because of the rule of 5.You should be able to -- I did it on a Mids' build for SR -- but you'll be sacrificing survival and damage to do so.
My builds tend to get somewhere around 10 to 20% max hp from IOs without even really trying for it, though, which is a nice bonus. -
Just read in another thread that spring attack only does full dmg in the tiny area around where you land, and the rest is just a really really weak aoe. Looking at mid's numbers, I'm guessing the weak aoe is 22.24 damage, while the point blank part is 44.49. Meaning most targets will only be hit for 1/3 of its max dmg.
Just take the -res proc out of footstomp and put the armageddon in or something?
And take something that doesn't suck instead of spring attack? -
Quote:These number don't include the additional 33% chance of 107.1 fire damage to each enemy beyond the first with Spring Attack. None of my Mid's links seem to work for me, but hopefully they work for you
If you have SS and an armageddon set, wouldn't it be better to put it into footstomp? Much faster cycling, more chances to proc. -
With anything in the market, you pay extra (often a LOT extra) for convenience. Random rolls vs purchasing stuff outright keeps with that.
-
No. There's no way you're getting +68% max health out of IO set bonuses.

For a melee character (mostly scrappers, brutes/tanks get taunt in their attacks and all defensive sets) move slows can help in keeping enemies from running away.

Quote:I'm pretty sure I saw a comment somewhere saying the devs balance Itrials with IOs in mind, but everything else is still based around SOs.I totally agree here, and thats why we have so many folks who think this set is fine for brutes because they build it around IOs or primary sets with crutch powers like parry instead of just looking at it as regen by itself with SO's. Its kind of obvious at this point the devs are not balacing with just SO's now if you look at the retardedness of how some of the things happen on the incarnate trials.

Thought so but wanted to make sure, thanks.

So, if I slot the contagious confusion proc in a no aggro confuse power like say, synaptic overload or mass confusion and the proc goes off, will the mobs notice me?
I can't seem to find the answer in a search and the wiki never has info on oddities of procs like this. -
Quote:The wiki also says they get maneuvers. It's a power they get when summoned even before being upgraded.I am not recorrecting you Pitho for the sake of just doing it. I was doing some research and came across the Wiki on Masterminds.
The Wiki says they get Tactics and Assault. I wish they did get Maneuvers though.
But I am putting it out here for clarification. You were still right in correcting me.
The version of leadership powers thugs enforcers get is a special version of leadership that only affects thug pets. It'll affect thug pets from other masterminds even, meaning thug masterminds stack well with each other. -
And to think when I was trying to get different enhancement levels in Mids I would always go change the default enhancement level.

The poison trap cloud also does a significant recharge debuff if I remember right, so even when it doesn't hold enemies it reduces their damage output a good amount.
