The 5% recharge part doesn't stack, but it also gives a Perception buff which is handy sometimes.

There's only one thing that might annoy me from inherent stamina:
Seeing temp powers I never use spew onto my trays after I respec some characters.
But that's an issue with the respec system, not the change specifically. Most of my characters are just gonna end up taking more convenience powers, which is nice. -

If they put the high level resistance mobs into incarnate content, tactics will be *extremely* useful for fighting them. Both for protection from their random confuse, and for always being able to attack them, even when their stealth turns on.

When I buy common salvage instantly for 100k cause I'm about to use it to craft an enhancement I'm going to sell for millions over my crafting cost.

Carrion, yes but individual tentacles have short life spans and low base damage so it won't help very much. Fly trap, yes, it's a normal pet. Tornado and Lightning storm, only if YOU are vengeance buffed while they're cast (buff carries over from you to pseudo pets).
-
Tactics also gives confuse protection and fear duration reduction. Those two don't pop up a lot, but it's nice to have.

Quote:then finished it....and realized when I read the 'reward' screen that the 50 merits he was sitting on would vanish into thin air.
50 villain merits? Cause normal reward merits don't go away when you switch alignments.
How would you even get that many villain merits so fast? -

Quote:If you don't respec, everything stays the same for you.So do I get extra slots now to slot the fitness inherents? I mean seriously thats 4 new inherent powers that are going to be there. I'm going to want to slot them, but if I do that and have 3 extra powers, now my slots are running even thinner.
Not to mention, ALL of my toons have fitness. That means respecs to all of them. Unless they keep the pool and the inherents. In which case, more end and health for me I suppose.
I hope that they handle this carefully, I have a lot of toons balanced just the way I want them, 3 new powers opening up and having 4 new inherents is going to gum up the works big time.
If you do respec, you now have inherent fitness and the extra power choices that come with it. (extra choices compared to old build where you took fitness) -
I'm gonna use the extra power slots to give my spines/fire scrapper a travel power. That's not ninja run.

Quote:Something to note, end mods in consume modify the end drain protection it grants. My consume has 80%ish end mod in it right now, and the power now says it grants 92%ish end drain protection. That sounds handy against carnie end drain, and anything that's heavier on actual end sappage than recovery debuffs (like the ranged sap from sappers).See my above comment about Consume. It provides +Recovery for 2 minutes after you fire it off, so with the amount of recharge that build is packing, you should be able to perma it easily, and stack it for nearly a minute (assuming it DOES stack, I have no idea as I haven't logged my spines/fire in yet to find out) With that ability, the end problems disappear nicely.

Oh yeah, I was fighting one of the malta robot leuts today(+1 my level), and looked at my combat attributes to see exactly how nasty that -regen debuff they do is.
It was showing as -43% regen. I think that would translate to -10,200% regen rate in the way we're used to thinking of em as. I don't think regen debuff resistance will help against that. How bad are other regen debuffs in the game? -
Quote:Black markets have an invisible "zone of death" around them instead of drones. There's also that the same people who intentionally grief with power spamming will be able to train mobs (espically redside) into the market zones.
I've pulled deathsurge into it just to laugh at it disintegrating. -
There are some enemies that'll recharge floor you unless you have something like capped recharge resistance.
Basically anything with Lingering Radiation. Antimatter, one type of longbow warden, probably Positron, not sure what else. But the last longbow warden I fought knocked my recharge down to about -270%. 40% recharge debuff resistance isn't going to stop that from recharge flooring you (and that's how much the sets with a quickness clone get, invuln/fire armor only get 20% debuff resistance from theirs.). -
I just want them to stop running into melee range again. I want my disciplined soldiers back.

There's a "no fade or pulse" option for cloak of darkness in power customization now, I believe it allows you to use cloak of darkness without having your character model disappear.

Most maps are +0/+1 to difficulty setting, it's rare for a map to have -1 mobs. Also I can't think of any outdoor type map (these are usually used for farms) that has -1 mobs.

Quote:Ya, my spines has the bosses set to spawn as leuts. Makes things much easier. You hit a point after throw spines is slotted with quills and a damage aura set....that standard missions are crazy fast except when it comes to a boss.....then it slows down some. Doable certainly but it sometimes feels like you are hacking away a boss while everyone else just goes away fast.
