Yeah, I remember trying templating but even that didn't work. I simply suck. lol. A nice sketch there though Mister. Try some action poses next time, those are always exciting to see b'cos they tell a story, dont they?

I remember the days when lots of forum users would give feedback on posted works but nowadays creative work hardly gets a response.

Maybe its just me but perhaps people are starting to compete and forgetting to encourage their fellows? The threads with the most views and responses are the popular folks with many friends about to pat them, and thats not a bad thing. But maybe the sense of community is breaking a little? What do you think?

Oh did I say.. Well what I meant was.. er.. that it is a good thing that members of similar Powersets have a balanced advantage which er.. gives reason for Thugs MM's to come together and team more often, er thus.. making the game more balanced!

I really suck at playing a */Dark, I'm too used to Force Fields, but I can at least advice you about Leadership Buffs.

Alot of people presume that adding to the Enforcers Leadership buffs would be benefitial... and it is. Especially when you include Supremacy into the equation.

2x Enforcers Maneuvers = 24% (enhanced)
2x Enforcers with MM's Maneuvers = 27% (enhanced)
6x Enforcers with 3x MM's Maneuvers = 80% (enhanced)

2x Enforcers Assault = 10%
2x Enforcers with MM's Assault = 21%
2x Enforcers with MM's Assault & Supremacy = 36%
6x Enforcers with MM's Assault & Supremacy = 79%

2x Enforcers Tactics = 5%
2x Enforcers with MM's Tactics = 17% (enhanced)
2x Enforcers with MM's Tactics & Supremacy = 32% (enhanced)
6x Enforcers with 3x MM's Tactics & Supremacy = 66% (enhanced)

So if you want more Leadership Buffs go for it mate. (Pistol wont be going down that route anytime soon though. I prefer investing on Force Fields and Medicines).

One advantage the figures above highlights is that when you have three or more Thugs MM's marching through a map in a tight crowd, you're pretty much in GodMode.

Thugs Enforcers's Assault is a total of 10% and a Mastermind can buff 11% from the Leadership Pool.

Yes, overstacked Defence is definately a strong point with Thugs/*. Most especially when with other Thugs.

Background & Structure:

OOC: When issue seven opened up on the test server, Test. (Ali Cordini) led eight-man teams of thugs masterminds and all the potentials of such a team suddenly hit us. We realised a supergroup had to be formed.

IC: There is almost always a kingpin of organised crime. In the 1930's a criminal corperation known as The Mafia controlled the New York underworld and their master of masterminds was known as The Godfather. Today, there are evidence that the Mafia still operates.

In 1998 Alicia Barzini, a Sicilian-American girl raised on the streets of New York married Axel Hunter, leader of the 'Gangs of New York' and used him for his money, status and power in the criminal underworld. She kept secret her ulterior motive - to meet and assassinate the New Mafia boss, Ali Cordini aka The Godfather. Eventually, she succeeded and with the might of Axel's gang, gained his position.

Several months later, the Freedom Phalanx were called to investigate and stop a series of major bank heists led by Gangster Boss Axel Hunter in which the new Godfather, the Notorious Pistol (Alicia) was captured by the Statesman. She spent less than five weeks in the Ziggursky Penintentiary, before Lord Recluse sent for her to be broken out. Countless other villains, some who knew who she was followed her out in her escape and later reformed the criminal syndicate known as the New Mafia.

OOC: There is little hierachy in the supergroup structure, only titles of classification gained by your OOC and/or IC contribution to the team. Starting as an 'Inmate' you become a 'Gunslinger' then a 'Gangster' and ultimately a 'Crimelord'. The Godfather wears a 'Bulletproof' vest and is often a Thugs/Force-Field build.

Admission Notes/Requirements:

To join The Gang, you'll have to be a Thugs Mastermind and are expected to play at least once a month.

I know we dont use this thread anymore since we've migrated to Militia Forums but I wish for the RP community to see this message too so here I go.

I'm getting a tad too adicted to this magical world of City. Thus, in this new year, I will be taking a long break. I will not be ending my subscription but I will not be logging in until June.

Six months away will be an embarassing number on the SG listing so all my alts will temporarily be leaving their supergroups. All my heroes are in the Militia anyway but also the villains - Pistol and Falcon of the Gang. Wu Long 'Shin of EVIL and Dark Shin of Violators.

I look forward to my break away but more so, I look forward to returning and hope to find the Militia stronger, bigger... and a year old. You guys have been a heap of fun, like a vanilla ice-cream and the cherry on top will have to be the Silent Tempest and Pocket D frequenters. I will miss you all.
