    Now you're being somewhat disingenuous here. There are exactly three PvP IO's that go for 2 billion, and two of those three do not consistently sell at that price. Further, there are few situations where it even makes sense to slot all three of these, unless the purpose is just to make the most expensive build possible.

    Define 'average'. Then tell me what percentage of the subscription fees that support this game are from 'average' players. Will ignoring long-term, hard core players, many of which have multiple accounts, in an effort to appease 'casual' players be good for the long-term health of the game?

    On top of that, most players, including your 'average' & 'casual' player, understand the basic concept of rarity and loot tiers, and that it takes effort to achieve the best items in an MMO.

    Yes, despite several threads, hundreds of posts, and some thread locks, Ultimo still cannot grasp the most basic game concept that a Defender's primary role is team support and a Blaster's is damage.

    And despite another lengthy thread (that also resulted in a lock), he still insists that endurance use is unmanageable, despite dozens of posters giving him examples of ways to deal with it, even on builds that skip Stamina entirely.

    I'm sure this thread is destined to be locked as well...

    Why would you think you would get more slots? If you slot your new inherent fitness powers exactly the same way as before, you're not losing anything, and you're getting the ability to take 3-4 new power choices. There is no reason for more slots. This game is already close to imbalanced as it is. The last thing we need is yet more power creep.

To be honest, if this what has became of CoX - The game is just not fun as it used to be, thank you Developers for offering greedy people and desperate unfortunate ones the option to create new exploits the game, will not be the first time, I'd say.

    Are you using the team search tool?
    Are you using global chat channels?
    Have you tried forming your own teams?

    Doing some combination of the above three things will solve 90% of teaming issues. Beyond that, when you encounter other players you enjoy playing with, add them to global friends. Perhaps even find an active SG of players with a playstyle that you enjoy. Wandering around and shouting 'LFT' in broadcast is about the worst possible way to get a team.

    Not if you want good DPS. Eagle's Claw is the 2nd lowest DPA attack in the entire set, which if used as you suggested, would result in some extremely low DPS, especially considering attacks don't begin recharging until their animation is complete.

    MA attacks, sorted by DPA at level 50, unenhanced.

    Storm Kick: 99.5
    Crippling Axe Kick: 82.9
    Cobra Strike: 73.4
    Crane Kick: 73.4
    Eagle's Claw: 64.8
    Thunder Kick: 63.3

    Or, to put another way, in less time than it takes for Eagle's Claw to animate (2.53s) for 164 damage, a MA scrapper could fire off Storm Kick & CAK (2.43s) for 215 points of damage.

  22. With 87.5% global recharge, you'd be much better off taking Hasten, providing you can slot it fully with three slots. At 87.5% global, Hasten with three level 50 recharge IO's will only have a downtime of 7-8 seconds. The rest of the time you'd be running at 157.5% recharge.

    If you could find another 15%-20% global recharge, you'll be close to perma-Hasten, with little to no downtime at all.
