I wonder why they didn't restrict Dominators then.

Praetorian Scott certainly borders on evil. And the CK is more Chaotic Neutral...

Except Primal Snakes are evil, so maybe these are good snakes...but if Praetorian War Witch is good, that would mean Primal War Witch has been evil all along!!

  7. Check to see if you have The Stinger badge. That gets awarded at the end of the first of Scorpion's arcs and unlocks Patron Powers.
  8. Hound of Souls: "You sent your minions...after my 'family'?! FOOL! My spawnmates will FEAST upon the ENTRAILS of your foolish minions!!"

Avenged By Fire: "They..they are already dead. And you, you will burn like all the rest!"

Maximilian Black: "Of course, I expected you would do that and replaced my family with a pack of shapeshifted demons. As for robbing this bank; well, if you look closely you'll see that vault was designed to keep things in, not out...you probably shouldn't have weakened the hinges beating on them like that."
  9. An ice/Storm Corruptor might be what you are looking for, good damage and very Ice themed. Or for Doms, there's Ice/Psi; you could color the Psi attacks white or blue-white and treat them as "waves of cold". Or Ice/Earth Assault, with the latter colored white. Or Ice/Ice, naturally.

Stone Melee is a high damage set, although single target focused. Although "high damage" for a tank isn't going to mean what it does on a brute...

Actually, Dominators do more damage in melee. And some of their Assault sets are mostly melee attacks.

Well, how are they supposed to do that?

  11. The ability to invite your own alts to a supergroup. I must have more than a dozen I haven't gotten around to getting invited to my one person SGs because I hate asking people to help.

Buff powers like these are balanced around only working on others; if they were changed to work on you they'd be seriously nerfed.

    Yes, that works.

I mainly take it to get Tactics for +Perception and Confusion protection. And yes, Confusion is a rare thing for NPCs to have but it can really hurt on an MM when you do run into it.

    Claws/Elec

/Elec is better on Brutes with higher resistance caps, more HP and a Fury boosted aura. And Brute claws are at least as good as Scrapper claws. I went Brute on my Claws/Elec (named The Electric Ripper, a serial killer being given the electric chair in the Zigg when the Arachnos raid caused a power spike...).

The Vet pixies don't tend to last long though.

I recall the first time I made a character with one in Praetoria. The first time a Ghoul ran up and killed my pixie in a single *smack*, I thought that there was a situation that just cried out for a "snatch and eat" animation for the Ghouls.
  19. Ugh. The forum logs me out all the time, but this is the first time it changed my settings to blue in the process.

I was going to suggest Arch/Dark myself. It looks pretty mystical when it's all blues and purples and reds.

As for mine, I have Firefaye the Fire/Therm controller and Winterfaye the Ice/MM blaster.

Meh. I don't like tanks at all. Low damage and they get their attacks late.
