The only time I notice *Anything* missing my ninjitsu stalker was when I was running retsu or shadow meld, which brought my defence to around 39% to positionals, 1/2% variance. In which case I still got hit ALOT. Comparing it with my current build with sharks, I litterally get hit everytime practically. Tested it today, then sifted my combat logs for these numbers.
2 2 and a half hour(ish) sessions, 79, 83, 48 Kills.
1367 Hits.
389 Misses.
1756 Total.
For an approx 1 : 3.5 Miss:Hit ratio. Of course this is considering EVERY attack or power with a ToHit check thrown against and does quite include the general variance that is the "RNG" it does seem good on paper, but the truth is, this is quite horrible considering how squishy stalkers are and how defense is supposed to work, I think this is kinda bad. -
Eh, if it were me I would drop Power Blast, get Conserve and then drop Recov Aura and grab regen aura.

I absolutely adore my sonic/em, shriek and scream kinda-sorta frankenslotted, 4 Apocs-1 Glad Jav Proc-1 D/R Hami and 4 Dev-1 Glad Jav Proc-1 D/R hami respectively. Although I concede that a psy/em will beat me, but only by merit of the placate proc, otherwise I win out most the time.
(Even bought 2-3 placate procs hero-side to make a few blasters delete the one they had in will dom to duel me. Won all of them closest score I had against was 4-2 my favor) -

Reseting the situation where PvPer 1 made PvPer 2 Hibernate repeats itself as soon as Hibernate drops, Thus, this time they don't have hibernate.

I had an odd bug of the same nature the other day, had to rebuy all the unlockable content. Took me all of 15ish min of ticket farming to drum up the tickets, but it was odd.

Umm, Why? Its practically useless in ur hands? Maybe. Useless in the hands of someone good with a stalker? Not in the least, I get AS's off people using flares when im not lagging too bad, this idea is just unbalanced.
Different point, the way your explaination has it explained, the coding would make it possible to "Joust" with AS and hit it while passing in melee range and land outside the 10 ft range of "sight" few toons really have.

Hey. Sentry. Problem with your theory is, more then likely, my stalker would kill you with hide untoggled and never using placate.
On the plus, I don't suck up to people, they are honestly some of the better PvPers left, if you refuse to acknowledge that, then you need some coffee.
Note, that this is PvP, Arena 1v1's are not fiteklubs, and neither are ZONES. Now please, go troll a different thread and show off your extreme knowledge of the HONRBLE PVP FITEKLUB ARTZ!.
I've got two more things to say, On your Elec/therm, you will NEVER beat a mind/rad/power in any kind of duel, prolly won't beat a /elec scrapper either, or a good psy/EM blaster, or..
Can I be an official Justice PvPer? Last i checked i was an official Guardian PvPer, Freedom, Triumph and I dunno bout infinity, people on infinity didn't leik me much. -

I don't have to worry about my end with conserve power and power sink.
Oh and i have tactics and the precep IO in forge. So i can get my HE through MoG or elude. Big mistake if you don't take it.....HE needs to hit or the entire match changes.
My ele/therm is purposely a joke. i got it to level 50 in 1 day of meow just so if someone got arrogant i could set them back down.
I have normal invention IOs and only around 4 sets.
I can tell you i've dueled enough ele/therms to see how well Mu works. Power sink helped a ton on mine. It drains end and gives me end. It's recharge is long, but it works perfectly with the end spike at the beginning and has saved me countless times from running out of end.
Why would u laugh at the end drain of the Mu? I took a friend of mine who was regen and summoned both pets around him, without using HE his end started to drop, which VS can't do alone. And his health started to drop to a decent amount too with the Mu forged.
The Mu also distracts people. Countless times people have tried to kill the Mu. i took the heal and with no heal decay i've never seen someone kill it. It also has the fire shields. And they have HE on them for the -dmg.
If they have Performance shifter procs, yea it needs help, too bad you don't have any end draining attacks or debuffs righhhhht?
Power Boost is more efficent then Mu in draining endurance, Power Boosted short circuit gives you about 60% more end drain over time then Power Sink, the Mu pet is simply not enough to MAKE the set. Elec/therms are end heavy, but i gurantee you MU is not the best.
Leviathan by comparison is, it will give you full end as well as full HP AND reset your warmths heal decay.
If you're nuts about no insps duels try this:
Power Boost + Short Circuit + HE + Thunderous Blast. -

Honestly, thugs would prolly be worse off due to lack of a ranged holding pet aswell as not having the stacking tohit debuffs. -
Hibernate isn't OP. Not nearly.
There are more OP things in this game then hibernate.
I do beleive I see the problem in the equation of why some aren't understanding TERPS though. He is obviously one of the people who retreated deep into the frozen and underused arena, disabling HD, TS and possibly DR, though thats a little unlikely. Hibernate CAN be thought of as OP in arena duels, however, I find it's very useful when you break their LoS and reselect them then rest behind geometry, then you start again, and you won the last 1v1 bout, this time they don't have no hibernate.
Only time I see Hibernate being slightly OP is when used with Etheral Shift for like 40-45 seconds of intangibility and Full HP/End.
Otherwise the power is completely balanced, Trading phase mobility for full HP and whats basically "Held" effect for full end. It is quite balanced. Trust me, I would trade Hibernate for Phase, but I need Tactics on my squishies and Hibernate is just kind of there. Take the limit of 4 pool powers off and you will see a sever drop in Hibernate use. -

Don't worry ninja, I think I've gotten 8-9 stalkers to 50 and many more into high 30's low 40's and I still wonder this.
Its not about not taking AS in all cases, but in the preference to throw sharks rather then AS even when the target holds perfectly still for them. -
