Yay ranged holds, detoggles etc. Orrr Hit web hold coming in, No hurricane, apply debuffs, Bai bai stormie.
Honestly, thugs would prolly be worse off due to lack of a ranged holding pet aswell as not having the stacking tohit debuffs.

That's funny, My last experience on my Necro/Poison MM was against an ill/storm troller. I have to say I would ahve much rather have had the ranged damage than the lich's holds. I won 2v1 but it was a tight match all the way through. |

I don't bother with -tohit anymore as it just doesn't seem to punch through accuracy and tohit like it used to. I've been slotting for -recharge in any power that might deliver the proc. Paralytic, Neurotic, Weaken, Lich and webnade.
And -recharge works?

I also took flurry on mine for the lolz factor...that and it does awesome dmg once you have them debuffed from the posion. On a side note, make sure you place Nox gas on your lich..it makes it stronger because its tier 3 pet. Most people don't know that.
