  1. It lasted long enough to get a Lieut at 50% health with Punch :P

I felt cool, leave me alone >_>
  2. 85-90% Is "Assumed Full Fury?" I've gotten (IIRC) something like 94 on my SS/Invul back when he was a baby fighting groups in Mercy.
  3. Ah yes, we must censor everything for Nois's 22-year-old virgin eyes.

While I sit here being 17 and I've been drunk more times and done more things than he will. Not that hard, but still.

(Probably going to get my post deleted *shrug* )
  4. I only skimmed through it, but appears to be a very, very excellent guide.

Nice to see people can still play Kin outside of Fire/Kin -_-
  5. Well, that's because you're a showoff, Bill :P
  6. Neutrino_Siphon

    Fire Control/TA?

Now, is it just me, or does Cinders not seem that appealing to me? I mean, I want to like it, but the low Accuracy and long Recharge are a huge turn-off for me.
  7. Wormhole and Propel really are the signature powers of the set, not Crush (Generic Tier 1 ST Immobilize) or Gravity Distortion (Generic Tier 3 ST Hold).

And if you dont take Propel there goes your damage pretty much. Wormhole is, IMO, the best AoE Stun in the game. Large area, decently long Stun, frickin Mag 4 Teleport! It's like herding for dummies.

And Singy is not a decoy. He is god, he is great, he is an amorphous grouping of non-collective molecules and atoms bunched up into the form of a large, visible-to-the-naked-eye atom.

Essentially he's a copy of you. He has all your powers (Save Wormhole and [Duh] Singularity), he's completely (IIRC) invincible, and he comes with his own Repel "aura" thingy. What gets better than that?

Edit: And! Since you're Grav/Kin, you can spawn Singy in a large group and his Fulcrum Shift. Bam! Super Singy.
  8. Brutes are not Tanks (In the Tanker AT sense), but Brutes can tank (In the generic MMO-term of "aggro-holder/gatherer") if they are built right.
  9. <QR>

    It's like this.

    You run up to someone.

    You: "RAAAAHHH I SCAREZ U!"
Them: "Ahh! Holy crap dont do that!"

(At this point they see you, but let's pretend a -ToHit is in Terrify)

You: "Oh man! You cant see me now!"
Them: "What?! I've just been scared and Mr. Scary Man has disappeared into thin air! What is this black magic?!"

    See? Makes no sense :P

Ahh yes. I remember the days of Level'd GMs. I'm pretty sure my old Spines/Regen Invincitank could solo Babbage.

Sure I cheated and had IH as a toggle as well, but hey. I could still solo Babbage! xD

    Claws/Ninjitsu

I just threw in the Psi Resists just to have the slots filled. It would bother me :P I'm weird like that lol.

But other than that, I'm not really a big fan on being completely-Set IO'd until 50...but I have VetSpecs I could use on a second build, one for Reg IOs until 50 then set up a second build and save up for Sets... *ponders*
  12. Neutrino_Siphon

    Claws/Ninjitsu

    Notes:
    1) This is for PvE only.
    2) The empty slots on Strike, Slash, Assassin's Claw, Focus, and Eviscerate are for ToD (Strike, Evisc), Mako (Slash, Assassin's Claw) and Thunderstrike (Focus) IO sets. With those sets I'll be at +45.5% for Melee and Range Defense
    3) I'm more concerned about leveling ability. I pushed off Fly seeing as I can use the Temp Travels wisely enough to push it off that far without sacrificing Stalkerness.

Nope. Cant do it. Just cant do it :P
  16. I more play my Brutes like Scrankers. Meaning that my mindset is "Damage, damage, damage!" But also I'll save your rear if you're vital to my survival. Doms and Corruptors usually fall into that category. It's not my job to save you, it's just a side effect of Invincibility.

If it's the teams wishes that I Tank, then whatever. I'll tank. Gets my Fury up doesn't it? :P
  17. Another interesting option would be for the character's fists and feet encased in the Granite stone, leaving the rest of the body uncovered.

Off topic-ish, but why not make a Brute version of Bill? *shrug*
  19. Adding on to what Kioshi said about your lolrunspd, AFAIK you can slot a Gift of the Ancients +Run into Rock Armor. And you dont even need to have it toggled for it to work!

Might as well make the power slot useful once you get Granite *shrug*
  20. If Grounded doesn't work, you can put that Karma IO into Hover as well Save yourself a power slot for something more useful.

    Like Presence/Challenge :P

  22. Maybe it could be a power life RttC or [Insert Shield Defense Version Here] and EA will finally get a damage aura. Something like the more enemies around the increased resistance. Think of like feeding off the energy of the others or something like that.
  23. Electric Melee, that's obvious. Not sure about Secondaries. Fire, maybe?

Any knowledge of the link necessary to update, if this Steiner person is the one who has the torch now? Or will it be a "Click Here to Install It/Uninstall Old Version" situation?
