Most AOE in as little time as possible? Probably Electric/Shield/Mu. Not necessarily the best in sustained AOE dps, though.

In either case, both sets benefit greatly from recharge bonuses. The sooner Lightning Rod is up, the happier you'll be.
ok tyvm for all responses. ill be going Elec for now. i like the visuals and im having a good time with it so might as well main him for a while.
