I actually commissioned it from a seller in China. I can sew and have made other costumes in the past but metallic spandex (actually, any spandex) is a pain the rear to sew. I can commission to have it made as cheaply as I could make it myself so I go ahead and save myself the trouble.
How did you go about finding a manufacturer? Did you have to send them a pattern, or just a visual reference?

Also, I could probably turn stuff into components....doesn't that kind of thing count toward crafting badges? My eventual goal after finishing off Field Crafter it to get ALL the crafting badges. -

I shelved Crafticus for the duration of the Halloween event- between that and the MA farming going on a lot of commons got too rich for his blood.
I'll be back in the mix tomorrow, presuming the patch up the MA holes and the Rikti drop salvage.... -
okay, I grabbed two force feedback +recharges tonight, stuck them in Whirling Axe and Pendulum..........and WOW!

Granted I was running a hardcore MA farm map so results were skewed, but still.....WOW!

It was a long while back and I try to forget the 'Dark Times', but I remember having a bit of surplus inf in the mid to late 30's, and by the time I hit 50 there was enough on hand that I could afford to play 'sugar daddy' for some of my friends.

strange to me that some people care about getting a power, especially since with the exception of Ninja Run they've all been fairly underwhelming and/or unpredictable, as befits a paid extra. 'a power' is literally the last thing I think about when I'm pondering whether or not to drop a few bucks on these things.

One of the pals I started the game with had an eb/dev blaster named GayCop (with outfit to match) and we always got a kick out of the great NPC dialog it generated.
