all pets can also proc interface (including lore which is also buffed by alpha except for the rech portion of spiritual)

i would assume that most other retailers would continue to sell at least going rogue

for 2, i dont see why they couldnt still be applied to your account

Sadly it is not enough to actually keep you alive, but it does help somewhat. This also will wake up a squishy who is asleep when it goes off. #2 it procs +endurance not +recovery. This means you can still get endurance when under the effect of a nuke or tier-9 crash, or while badly debuffed by sappers. In all of those circumstances miracle and numina's are essentially useless. Again, panacea isn't enough by itself, but it is a small help.

    Handy post. Thank you!
    very nice post

and another note about the panacea proc is that it procs heal and end when placed in target aoe heals such as spirit tree and triage beacon, so if your standing in them they have a chance to do a heal on you (regardless if your the summoner or not)
  6. i wish i could go to some of these things but its hard to find the time and money to travel from east coast to west coast every time they have one of these lol

from what i seen there are none, the one for just being in the zone does not stack with the other 3 which are all like opposite sides of the map

    Issue 21 badges

getting 13 badges on logging in and then having almost 1260 badges by the time i finish getting the first ward explores will be awesome, i fully expect most badgers to have this stuff within 2 weeks though (except day jobs)

i personally would love to see a debuff set that does NOT cause redraw when used with a gun based primary

oil slick arrow, you got me to find a duplicate

however mid lvl PPD (specifically the PPD equalizers) use a glue grenade that functions exactly as glue arrow

in my previous post i described 5 similar powers to trick arrow that exist in the form of grenades fired from guns

oh yeah thats definitely the celestial armor set, only way to get it is to be a tier 9 VIP

Using the cityofheroes.exe brings up the message requiring the NCSoft launcher. Does anyone have a workaround for this?
currently steam does like city of heroes enough to start it, but the steam overlay does not work with city of heroes so it will automatically shut off after a few seconds

at least the game launches thrrough steam instead of not at all lol, getting the overlay fixed would be work on steam and paragon studios end

sis p can because she has unresistable knockup in levitate

the other one that could hit was BABs because his [back alley power punch] has unresistable kb

states *can* knockup a stone only if he is not running rooted while in granite
  14. great job, even though hami cheats and can still kill PA lol

the same can be said for the new 1-6 sewer trial, it is not co op yet is in the queue system
  16. i personally am gonna reroll me rad/fire blaster as rad/dark, the -tohit coupled with the awesome powers in dark melee will be excellent dmg

With Praetoria as a new starting zone, how long do you stay there for? I mean can you do 1-50 in Praetoria (Via soloing and not run out of story arcs) or is it something where after like level 10 you are going to be put in Paragon or Rogue Isles?

Also I assume that at some point in Praetoria you become either a hero or villain?
right now praetoria is limited to 1-20 (will be up to 30 when first ward is available)

while in praetoria you can be a loyalist (essentially villain) or resistance (essentially hero), each of those has 2 different story arcs which make morality a really grey line for everything

upon reaching lvl 20, you can choose to become a hero or villain and get sent through a portal to shark (if you went villain) or to heroside (ive never taken a praetorian to go heroside after reaching 20 so i dont know where it dumps you lol)

you *can* lvl 1-50 in praetoria now, but once you run out of story arcs you can exemp down (i dont know how high the contacts with infinite repeating mishs go, i think they max out at 20 though)

i personally hate praetoria because while your there, you cannot leave praetoria except to go to pocket d (other poeple can go to praetoria though), you cannot join a super group until you leave, and there are no tfs or anything you can do until you leave aside from contacts, and its extremely hard to PL praetorians unless the winter or spring events are going on

skulls dont use firebombs your prolly thinking of demolitionists in the scrapyarders (very very few enemies use burn patches)

as of this post, here are the current market prices for what your looking for:
(listing min and max of the last 5 sales, prices of these fluctuate but are fairly steady)
    Absolute Amazement:

    Stun/Rech
recipe: min 100 mil, max 150 mil
crafted: min 185 mil, max 270 mil

    Acc/Stun/Rech
recipe: min 155 mil, max 201 mil
crafted: min 151 mil, 300 mil

    Acc/Rech
recipe: min 100 mil, max 150 mil
crafted: min 200 mil, max 280 mil

    End/Stun
recipe: min 160 mil, max 300 mil
crafted: min 240 mil, max 300 mil

i havent checked the other 2 purple sets but i can tell you the unbreakbale constraints are higher than this, the confuse ones might be equal to or slightly lower than this. if i was looking to sell, those are the prices i would aim for
  22. i would love to have a debuff set that uses a gun so then rifle toons can have the same luxury that ninja or archery toons get with TA (no redraw)

i doubt this would be hard to do since they have a lot of similar powers in the game already, such as the glue grenades (PPD), sonic grenades (longbow), emp grenades (longbow), flashbang grenades (PPD, vanguard), wide area web nade (soldier VEATs, arachnos)

already got 5 powers to work with there, would just need to make 4 more powers which could fit in with the other TA powers or create new ones based on other existing powers such as stun grenade, tear gas, ect
  23. i think i know what it might be, the vanguard pack was given to everyone for free if they had an active account from feb to april, and on the wiki it says that it was released april 28th, which i think was when it was awarded to all eligible accounts

(it couldnt have been the steampunk pack because that wasnt released till june 1st)

Does running Focus Acc give enough perception to find him or do you still need yellows?
im not 100% sure, i need to look at how much stealth radius his power grants (ill prolly get back to this thread with that later today, just woke up lol)

edit: looking at calebs stats in AE it does not appear that he has any kind of stealth ability (stealth radius is marked as 0 ft. another interesting thing is that he has a fairly fast fly speed, around 37.3 MPH, i did a few tests to see how far i could see him and i could see him from around 55-58 yds, past 58 yards is when he fades our of view (i cant see him but i can still tab target him), i think hes just very hard to spot at night because hes somewhat dark colored and blends in very well and has a fairly fast fly speed (double checked on his powers and he doesnt appear to have any stealth powers, so im guessing hes just hard to find due to blending in with the background too well)
  25. the hold which i think is called time stop, is still normally a mag 3, if you use time crawl on a baddy to cause them to have the delayed effect, then your hold will be mag 4, which will be great to help control a boss or 2

personally i prefer time manip on a defender because all of the buff/debuff values are much higher than other ATs
