  1. i always get the tier 3 judgement that has a higher target cap
  2. i play mm all the time and i have NEVER seen a body guard indicator in the powers list

    i would be for adding something to show bodyguard though, something akin to the desdemona symbol in the underground trial, but use a shield instead and put the shield over the pets and not you
  3. personally im sick of having to run the stupid prologue to the DA arcs, several times i just go straight to DA and want to start the contacts but no i have to run this retarded series of mishs that has no meaning other than story

    the prologue should have only been required for the repeatable contacts not the other contacts cause it feels more annoying than anything to have to run on EVERY toon i want to do mishs with in the zone
  4. ive not seen anything wrong with plant, the taoe sleep is one of those "skip or mule" powers which is fine considering the other powers in the set are amazing lol

    i22 actually buffed the fly trap a bit by giving it some more resistances

    they are not avail with reward tokens, you can get them as rewards for tin mage/apex tfs, DA arcs/repeatables, and incarnate trials

    only other place is the auction house

    yes the PPM only goes off of the powers base rech, not enhances/buffed rech

    it has 5 PPM (superior is 6 PPM), if you have something thats 10-12 sec base rech you should put in that for 100% chance to give you resist, it stacks up to 3 times and each stack is worth 5% resist to all

    i wouldnt worry too much about inf cost, centriole HOs you can get for like 1 mil inf or less a piece on the market, not sure on the price of nucleolus though

    1 nucleolus + 2 centrioles per power is equal to having 1 acc, 3 dmg, 2 range enhances in the power, then if added the additional +range from cardiac and if you also wanted clarion with the +range boost you could get more

    now you also said your playing blaster too so i figure you could get boost range to perma for even more range boost, i figure with all of that +range most of your attacks would be near sniper range


    cause i was curious as to how this would turn out, i threw together a potential build for a beam/energy blaster thats build for hover blasting and +range, with clarion range boost, boost range, and 2 centrioles on every attack, most of your attacks which have a range of 247 ft (for the period of time right after you activate your clarion), when the clarion expires most of your attacks would still have 183 ft range, the only power that is still very short range is lancer shot which only has about half the range of the other powers and sits at 91 ft

    i gave you munitions mastery for LRM rocket and with all the boosts has a nearly 500 ft range with the clarion active, below is the build that i came up with to achieve maximum range

  15. well it definitely does not exist in the game yet, the only thing i read about this from positron said that they would look into the possibility, not automatically discounting it, but not a priority issue either
  16. i honestly never use them lol, they are some of the first things that go into the trash when i clean my inventory lol

    if i actually felt like using any of them it would prolly be the ally rez on toons that dont normally have a rez but i almost always have wakies avail so to me its why bother making a temp power?
  17. i honestly cant wait to see how this culminates, i do agree the first sig arc didnt really give all enough information to add to the story much but i enjoyed them, i really enjoyed watching states kick the bucket although im still kind of pissed that it wasnt MY character doing the deed instead it was just a contact for lvl 20 story arc

    i believe the arc will be out tomorrow because end of this week is also the end of the salute to statesman loyalty program (i know a lot of people in game who forgot this was even happening lol)
  18. force field to me is god awful boring to play, i used it on 1 toon and that toon essentially collects dust unless i feel like breaking him out now and then

    ive honestly never really had anything good with sonic, ive tried to play it on seperate occasions but its lack of debuff is very annoying (almost all the debuffs are resist with 1 long rech power doing -def/-tohit)

    i LOVE traps though i think my most recent toon i started is beast mastery/traps (i can turn my weak dogs into time bombs hehehe)
  19. i think this is only the 2nd or 3rd time ive seen this brought up since we got global email since im sure most people done email that much lol

    however i do thinkthat they should be able to lax the rules a bit when emailing yourself, the 15 sec timer between emails + 150 emails per day limit should not include sending stuff to yourself

    as per the OP, if you really want +range then i would look into getting a cardiac alpha for the range boost (also helps end a bit) as well as slotting most if not all of your attacks with centriole HOs as they boost dmg and range, throw in some acc/dmg HOs and you can ED cap range and dmg while still getting some acc and end help
  21. clockwork are completely ranged but i definitely prefer the longbow on my ill cold

    the debuffs that the longbow boss pet provides are very nice to cover me when my freaking benumb misses (had it miss like 4x in a row before which without the longbow pet allowed the AV to regain like 1/4 of his hp)
  22. im with you on hating the howling noises, honestly the demons never bothered me and my demon trap mm is one of my fav toons lol

    if anyone has a silence file i can use to replace the howling ones with that would be most appreciated (can PM me), currently i just do my best to ignore it since t was only umbra beast i had issues with but the darn beast mastery made it like 10x worse

    i kind of have to agree with that, i really wanted to like the power but on a squishy its not very effective to be in melee range, if this was say an aura for a melee toon i would take it no question

    agreed on this, its definitely easier to see stats through the combat attributes monitor
