  1. The one week time limit is what I find irritating. Make it a day or two and I could deal with that. There are only two characters I am currently interested in playing currently, so now I have nothing I care to do except play the market for a week.

But if I was able to get my very rare this week, well then I would have a whole set of challenges I could go after over the next month.

But since I'm paying the same price either way, I don't really expect the company to give a damn that this is irritating.

    More Slots

I don't see a need for more slots, but I'll always take more.

Then they should quit making such useful things like the market slash command vet rewards. The fact that seven year vets are the only people that get this is a joke. And whoever made that decision is an idiot.

edit: Your second line is nothing more than semantics. They are being thanked for spending money. What you said is nothing more than spin, and it is dishonest.

It used to if you were exemplared to somebody in the Task Force. Of course that is no longer an issue.
  5. Do you want to primarily be AoE Scrapper? If so Spines/Fire and Elec/Shield are good options.

If you want to have good AoE and good single target damage, then Fire Melee is probably the best choice. I love fire melee myself.

We had one before sunrise. Since the sun has come up, the weather has been fine. Really cold, but fine.
  7. Carnies set for 8 people are extra nasty. Between the Master Illusionists and Dark Ring Mistresses they have enough debuffs to destroy any Scrapper if you're not careful.

My best Scrapper at fighting large mobs of them is my fire/shield, and that is using a lot of hit and run tactics.

I'm happy if they were both. Free for vets and those that are willing to pay can do so.

No, no, no. If people are displeased with the the product, I strongly encourage them to voice their complaints as often as they wish in any thread that that might even be remotely related.

So hey, Mods, please don't follow Zombie Man's suggestion.

    DM/SR help

What kind of budget are you working with? This build I made is kinda pricey, but there are no purples or PvP IOs. If you can't afford all the Luck of the Gambler's then you can sub them for cheaper sets, but you won't be able to run your ideal attack chain.

    1. Siphon Life needs to be ED capped for damage. That is very important for your DPS. If you can afford it, six slot it with 3 Golgi Exposure and 3 Nucleolus Exposure. This will get it to about 95% acc/dam/end/heal.

    2. The attack chain you want to run if you can afford the recharge is Midnight Grasp--Smite--Siphon Life--Smite.

That requires 184% recharge for Smite, 234% recharge for Midnight Grasp, and 116% recharge for Siphon Life.

    3. No need for much more than 45% defense, /SR has capped defense debuff resistance.

    4. I left two empty powers at the end. Put in whatever one slot powers you want.

    5. If you get the HP and Endurance accolades you will be much better off. Your HP increases to 1827 with them.

Sounds like my kind of guy.

Also, please show the proper respect and call him Emperor Cole. Not Tyrant. Silly codenames are beneath Primal Earth's future ruler.
  14. I have a couple outstanding bids out. Unfortunately the two times I've looked I haven't seen any for sale. Now big deal though, eventually(in a few days) I'll get to level 44 and just slot the one I have.

edit: I got it. So offer no longer valid.

Not yet. Until I can figure out how to squeeze a little more defense out of my build, I want it like it is.

There is zero wrong with Devs putting in something that will be obtainable instantly by some, and then obtained at a later date by the rest. It doesn't matter how desirable that thing is.
I strongly disagree. This makes me nerdrage. So I'll just agree with what Lothic said since my actual opinion is very mean.
  18. 2 billion. But only if you'll take 1,000 monthly payments.
  19. If you have this enhancement level 45 or lower I will buy it for 25 million. I want it nao, patience is for suckers.

PM here or in game @MunkiLord

edit: I'll throw in a lvl47 of the same enhancement for free. Use it, sell it, delete it, I don't care.

I disagree. I think the recent loss of the three most player interactive employees will do more harm to the game than adding optional open world PvP(that really depends how their replacements do).

I like your idea. A lot.

To me the problem is more than just the mechanics. On the forums the very idea of PvP existing seems to offend some people despite that idea being utterly ridiculous. So the perception issue is what I think is the biggest challenge.

Now of course the forums may be over represented by people that despise PvP, so if a system like your was added it may not offend that large a group of people.

I agree. But I think doing it properly, especially in this game, would be a monumental task.
