can you post a data chunk so we can look at the build in mids?

get an AMD Processor and MOBO problem solved
I went with the 1090t OC'd to 3.8 GHz and an Asus Crosshair iv formula mobo. with a Radeon 5870 GPU I get 30 fps on Rikti ship raids with ultra settings maxed out. -
don't know what your have going on but your data is still corrupt
-
still corrupt. your best bet is to start the build over from "new". dont modify an existing version of the build. then it should work
-
you have something out of wack with your build causing a corrupt data chunk and link.
-
I only have one minor complaint with the build, you Placed a sixth slot in drain psyche for a performance shifter io. It would be of better use to place that slot in stamina and put the ps proc in it. You will get more end that way.

the op is the writer of the guide.
He was using a little known figure of speech called "sarcasm" -
Quote:with hastenIs that 206% with or without hasten? Also did you choose Spiritual for your Alpha slot? I've heard that Spiritual wont effect domination but of course all your other powers can benefit.
I am not sure what alpha I am going to use, gonna craft cardiac and muscular to see which I like best before deciding what path to go all the way up with. my recharge is so rediculous already, I cant see spiritual being of much benifit -
the 5770 should be able to run ulta mode maxed out.
first things first.
do a good cleaning of the system and remove all the bloatware.
loose any of the HP and norton background apps (the best video card in the world wont help if your CPU/memory pipelines are choked down with useless junk.
load the latest ati drivers -
Permadom was even more fun, when Dom had a 75% damage buff.
at +206% recharge, My fire/psi was an absolute monster when Dom was double stacked for almost 23 seconds -
my first dom ever was a plant thorn.
love the concept , but I always thought thorns was a little lacking in the damage dept. I haven't played mine since the dom buffs, but I can only imagine that its better now.
Seeds of Confusion, is awsome -
I have had this character for a couple of years now, it sat unused at lvl 46 for all that time, I decided to dust it off and got it to 50, now just looking to set it up.
tell me what you think.
did I miss any key powers? should I swap one power for another?
let me have it.

You might try looking at a radeon 5870. One can be picked up relatively cheap. I got mine for $219 after discounts and rebates.
I can run all game settings to ultra, with max sliders an particle physics settings, and have no stutter or lag.
However if price is no option and you just want the bragging rights, pick up a 6970. -
looks good.
here are my concerns
the cases made by rosewill have problems with the i/o panels, causing random resets.
you will get better performance from a higher quality, lower latency ram at 4GB than 8GB of slower ram. also the ram you have chosen has a very tall heatsink, that will hit some of the larger CPU coolers
your PS is acceptable, but I would go up to at least a 750-800W if you plan on running a second graphics card in the future.
as far as the other components, I am a fan of comboing AMD processors and ATI cards, dont have much experience with the intel side pairing with ATI cards.
I guess it really all depends on what you are going to do with the system.
I am running a AMD phenom II 1090t black edition 3.2GHz OC'ed to 4GHz with 4GB of high speed corsair dominator GT ram, and a xfx radeon 5870 all mounted to an asus crosshair IV formula MB and I run the game with all settings maxed out, and have yet to experience any stutter or lag even while on a rikti ship raid -
I dont have an ss/stone but I do have an IO'd out em/stone. one of my buddies and myself put alot of time and energy into perfecting the slotting of /stone. here is my buddies ss/stone build it is probably the most refined ss/stone build available, I dont think he'll mind

one big zone that surrounds all of the earthly city zones outside the war walls. Let it be fully explorable, let it be very large and let it have random quest spawns so everyone doesn't just keep going to the same locations to do the same thing. so you have to be the hero on patrol, or the villain on the prowl.
did I say make it big, I mean make it really big. -
Been away from the game for 2 years, came back and decided to dust off my permadom
This is the build I am thinking of, my current build on live is identical with the exception that I am using mu mastery. I never really played hero side, so I dont have any reference to how well the APP powers work compaired to the EPP. also is fire the best choice. I was also looking at ice mastery.

well from Posi's "abusing the MA" post, I doubt very seriously that it will ever be possible to buy more slots as it would negate the new ban policy
[/ QUOTE ]
Not really. The new slot just gets locked and they would have essentially payed more money to achieve what they did now. A win-win.

posi said "3 strikes and your out". if you can buy more slots that means you can have as many stikes as you have money to burn. so I still dont see more slots as a purchasable option, ever. -

I rarely PVP, but these changes to pvp are just stupid. This whole PVP nerf, reminds me of the NGE over at Star Wars Galaxies.
Bottom line, it rewards those who put in no effort and punishes those that have ..
Epic Fail
Positron and castle need to look at history and see what happens to MMOs that chage core combat systems midstream. They always suffer more player loss than gain, and the intended result of thier changes are seldom realized.

Well i was there for the NGE at SWG and this is absolutely nothin like that, hehe. Almost offends me to hear someone compare the two. I do like the PvP changes its the lack of story arcs and the general large story of the game not goin forward taht i dont like. Like there was suppose to be at least 1 zone enhancement in i13 i had thought and pretty sure it was mentioned a few times, but nothin. I13 then 114 and now i15 is suppose to blow us away with things we cant even imagine, im just waitin.

Funny, I was there for the NGE and it does remind me of it, only when compared to the pvp game. Look, I get what they are trying to do. I can also tell you I have heard the rumblings within my SG, and several of my core players are likely to leave because of these changes. I however have not heard any one in my SG, when asked, say they like the changes. These are they ways in which it reminds me of the NGE. I am only trying to draw a reference to another case where the core combat system was changed, and the NGE was my only experience. Thankfully these changes did not require them to change the GUI also
