Anyone have a good fire/psi/ice build?

I just returned from a two year break and my dom is currently fire/psi/mu.

I have heard that ice ancillary is the way to go now. Could someone post a good fire/psi/ice build or a link to where I could find one?

Guess I'll be the first to post my build. It's pretty much perm everything that matters, HP capped, soft-capped to S/L, etc. I normally run the Dam/Immob Alpha and have the Rech/Heal as a backup. If you have any questions about it let me know.

This build actually violates the rule of 5 on the 7.5% recharge.

You have 5 Lotg 7.5% and one from Basilisk Gaze. Interestingly enough...Mids lets you do it and stll counts the 6th 7.5%.

Does it actually work in game?

the LoTG's +7.5 and all other 7.5 +rech are separate. LoTG's are exempt from the rule of 5 outside of it's own rule of 5.

so yes. it is correct that you can have 5 LoTG's, 2 BG's, and 3 Kinetic Crashes for a total of +75 rech.

I only have one minor complaint with the build, you Placed a sixth slot in drain psyche for a performance shifter io. It would be of better use to place that slot in stamina and put the ps proc in it. You will get more end that way.

That's a true result but the reason you give is incorrect. The technical detail is that it is the name that is subject to the rule of 5, not the bonus. Kinetic Crash has a name "7.5% recharge speed bonus" While gambler has "Luck of the Gambler 7.5% recharge speed bonus". Since the two are not identical, you can have 5 of each. If I recall there are (or possibly were but aren't anymore) two other cases where that crops up, but I don't remember them.

The build didn't seem to export correctly, the base slot of Stamina has the Performance Shifter IO proc in it.

The 6th slot in Drain Psyche is necessary for the Accuracy bonus. I just noticed I could use the End Mod/Acc instead of a straight Acc IO and still maintain 95% tohit against +4s.

I've been doing some testing with Sleet since I posted that build and discovered that you can stack Sleet's debuff. So I've moved the slotting of Ice Storm to Sleet (swapping the Damage IO with the Knockdown proc) and replaced Ice Storm with Hibernate. Sleet can now stack for about 10s. While it's not a long time, it is more consistent than the Achilles' Heel proc. However, I'm still trying to find a way to add a 6th slot to Sleet to fit the Achilles' Heel proc for even more -Res (being able to hit -100% Res on a Dominator is just sick).

I also replaced the Damage Purple IO in Char with the Unbreakable Constraint Smashing Proc since Mids says its a better choice for the power's overall DPS.
