Can you enhance any of the stats with IOs?

I've just heard of this. Link? Is this on test? Sorry, haven't checked into the forums for a while.


I might respec into it with my PvP build(lol) but the recharge looks a bit long.

I'm having fun with my BS/Elec stalker. Seems like a sturdy combination. He's only lvl 12, but the future looks, um , bright.

And so the flood gates were opened, spilling out a rainbow of colors that were so bright, so dashing, so awesome, even Chuck Norris wept out of happiness.

After I get my Zombie/Poison to 50, gonna have to roll a Zombie/Thermal. And a BS/Elec stalker. Then a Archry/TA corr. And maybe a Claws/WP brute.

It's really nice to hit the soft cap. Greatly enhances survivability. But it is random, as others have said.

I'd kill for /Sonic.

Thugs/Sonic sounds like a very sturdy combination.

For a 1v1, its hard to beat a good MM.

With BG mode on they get equal to 75% resistance to all(DR dosent effect this I think) along with any other resistance powers they got(Patron Powers, Tough but those get hit by DR).

And the pets don't get hit by DR I believe.

You could go with /Poison, perhaps /Storm, or wait on Thermal in i16. Traps and Dark are also viable choices.


I think the only problem you will have is with blasters. A arch/mm or a fire/mm could wreck havoc your little platoon of death.


If you don't want a MM, just ignore me.

Finally I can bring my Fire/Fire scrapper to blazing glory!

My next Earth is gonna go with /Earth.


I'm hoping Earth/Earth will have some synergy. Sounds like fun being able to go to melee with TurdMan.



My first Earth Dom was with /Fire. Very fun,smashy, AoEish build. As Tsuji said, Earth is already control heavy, so might as well go pure damage, which /Fire is very good at.

Hmm, ok , thanks guys. I think I can get the recharge low enough with just enhancements without having to rely on IO global recharge.

Does the effects of Poisons Envenom, Weaken, and Neurotoxic Breath stack with themselves when you get the recharge low enough?


Wondering because I don't know whether or not to go with global recharge.

I was kinda hoping we would be able to color our Dwarfs and Novas in i16. I have yet to see a dev post concerning this, but I doubt they will allow it, for whatever reason.
