With me it's less that I lose motivation to play a particular toon and more that I get distracted by a different toon.

Take my Stalker for example, I played him for like a full month mostly solo. Got him up to level 45, and then....

Suddenly decided to play a Master Mind instead

I'll get back to the Stalker eventually...

That is either a very odd bug or you actually added them all in before your break and forgot about it. I think you forgetting is more likely. But /petition it anyway. If the SG should have the prestige bonus the GMs will give it to you, if it shouldn't then they'll fix it either way.

Or, you can kick everyone out of the SG and reinvite them. That should fix it.

Do yourself (and us) a favor. Create a new character. Do the tutorial. Actually read the pop up windows in the tutorial. Play the character for a few levels (10 at a minimum). Actually read what the trainers and contacts say.

Do not enter the AE building at all until you have accomplished that.

Nope, definitely not. I still love freedom. I don't mind farming myself, and there's still plenty of people on freedom to run normal teams with if you go looking.

Note: Newer players and some of the players you'll find in these "meow" or "blob" farms in AE still suffer from the mentality that all teams MUST have a tanker, healer, and damage.

So you will occasionally see people that say "We need heal0r!!!11!!"

Just smile and pat them on the head.

ED affects all enhancements, not just SOs. You just notice it first with SOs because you can't hit the ED cap with TOs alone and it takes 6 DOs to hit it with just DOs.

I've found that "stealthing" inside the mission isn't really all that important, assuming a competent team you're only saving yourself like 5 minutes since the Rocks can be clicked from like 500 feet away.

Stealthing through the tunnels to the mission is a tremendous help though. So really 1 guy with SS and a Safeguard Recall Team is plenty.

Just IMO anyway.

It's weird....a few years ago I would have done anything to speed through this trial...now I like to take my time on it since it feels like I'm rushed on all the other TFs...

As you enter the zone turn immediatly to your right and jump up onto that warehouse. Plenty of level 30sh Rikti Monkeys up there to smack around.

Crey's Folly also has easy to smack around Freakshow and Devouring Earth Swarms to complete the aura hunts.

Yes. Bosses will now spawn in any difficulty higher than Heroic/Villainous.

If you don't like Freedom, no one is forcing you to stay. Next time you get to the server select screen, simply click on a different server.

Couple things I've learned:

1: Everyone wears blinders. They see only what they want to see.
2: Jumping to conclusions is fun.
3: Everyone hates Freedom.
4: Apparently "Farmers" outnumber "normal players" by a margin of 10 to 1. This is gamewide, not just on Freedom. Want proof? As we know from all these "Freedom Sucks" and "Gah! Farmers" posts everyone on Freedom is a Farmer (and probably an adolescent boy). And since at any given time Freedom has a higher population than EVERY OTHER SERVER combined, obviously "Farmers" outnumber "normal players"

If you have the time, run an ITF and a LGTF per day. Both can be done in less than an hour depending on your team.

As far as merit farming, most of the high level arcs aren't worth much so you have to decide between trying for purples or grinding out merits. On the bright side though, with practice you can knock out some of the 45-50 arcs in less than 10 minutes which can get you 20-25 merits per hour.

I suggest you make a character on a few different servers and play for a few hours on each. Each server has it's own different "feel" so it's better to find the one you like. As far as population goes, even our smallest server is bigger than any of the EU servers.

For reference, Freedom (non-RP) and Virtue (RP) are the biggest servers and between those two servers they usually have more players than all the other servers combined.

Any toggle which affects others will drop when you are mezzed. So for example Combat Jumping will stay on because it only affects you, but Hot Feet will shut off because it affects others.

If it works the same as other genericings, then you should have received an email with instructions at the email address you used to start your NCSoft account.

If you can't access this account, or you have a spam filter or something blocking emails from NCSoft, then access your NCSoft account and you can view or update your petitions from the support page.

I play exclusively on Freedom and haven't been having any issues. I know of quite a few others that also haven't been having any issues.

But, I also know that there are many who are experiencing issues.

Geographical problem maybe? I don't know. My knowledge of computer stuff is pretty limited to change the oil and rotate the tires type stuff.
