  1. I've been going over build after build after build on these forums and just can't find one for me, so I'm asking the midsfu experts to help me on this one. What I need in the build:

    No travel powers. (Using Ninja Run and Sprint)
    No purples. (Unless they're extremely inexpensive... no rags, hectas, etc)
    No HamiOs
    Can run Incarnates.
    Uses Soul Mastery.
    Playable.

    If anyone can help me with this I'd truly appreciate it!

    I team mostly, TFs and Incarnates.

    I noticed you didn't pick up Triage beacon. With Triage beacon you can your regeneration up to mid 500s range. With decent recharge you can get 2 out for 30 seconds and get regeneration up over 1k.

    So your aware as well you can obtain defense cap without the need of getting into the Patron power Pools or Epic pools so your free to choose which of these you would like for your build based on your concept.
    Yeah, that's why I went with power pool. It was the closest to a "tech" feel. I'll try to squeeze triage beacon in.

  8. I dont wish to go redside with this char for quite awhile but when I do (for badging) I'll get the Mu... in the mean time I've changed some things based on suggestions.

    Also with toggles running it is actually capped at 50+% S/L/M and 40%+ Psi/E/N

    With the added recharged if you want more KB protection just take a slot out of fiery embrace, put it into Tough or CJ

  25. Even with power sink I'll be going mu for theme and grabbing cardiac for extra resists. It came down to Cardiac or Agility for me... you might find the rest of the defense you need in agility with it's 20% def buff at 3rd tier.
