I am for global unlocks, except for the capes and auras, but if you get this as a new vet reward for being here over 6 years, it isn't that big a deal any more.

A good number of players in the game go out of their way to create names with double meanings; copy existing trademarked or copyrighted characters; or just plain by-pass the word filter.
The only way NCSoft would be able to avoid the inevitable lawsuit would literally require having to hire somebody's whose only job would be to sit at a computer and make sure that every name and costume used by such a system met with the content guidelines of officially produced content. NCSoft would be ultimately responsible for any infractions making it through into the game.
To go ahead and shut down another avenue of idea, AE is not an excuse to do this either. The developers can flat out stick a player created content sticker on AE and if anybody threatens a lawsuit, point to that boilerplate sticker saying an actual player did the infraction, it was not developer created or endorsed.
Such protections would not apply, in any way, shape, or form, if the development staff were to call up the data-base on players directly for content outside of AE.

I feel for you. I wished I could change my character's ability from rifle to dual pistols when they came out. But the game depends on re-playability, so there is no way in hell this is every going to happen.

Yeah, I would also like some help with this power set build.
FYI - Air Superiority is one of the most broken powers 1v1 in the game. My Claw/SR is able to keep them trying to get up more than half the time.
Other than this, I could use a new build for Claw/SR as well. -

That's a brilliant idea! It wouldn't be game-breaking because the Axe isn't very good, but it would add a ton of flavor -- it's a ghost-slaying axe, not just a zombie-slaying axe.

I still really like my idea of adding a stun effect to most other targets. This makes the weapon actually useful against more targets, which is really why SoM is the better choice right now.

Yeah, I think the ghost slaying axe needs a buff. Your idea is rather nice BBQ Pork.
How about adding this one as well? Hitting most other targets, such as organic and the clockwork, get a chance (however small it might be) of causing a stun effect? Call me an anime fan, but all living things have a "ghost"

Since I haven't seen hide nor hair of Jay in the threads (but I haven't looked much) recently, and he was essentially the one preventing this from happening in the first place, I'd be willing to bet that with Nakayama at the artistic helm he's going to have to swallow his pride or fear or phobia of them, and let the worker bees in his department actually DO the animal parts. -

What we haven't seen is the tails and the sword. Doesn't seem like there are any new monster heads, monster feet or monster arms. That alone is disappointing, but I guess they had an entirely different kind of mutation in mind.

Global unlocks, token for other character, something needs to be done.
I made my first Steam Punk character, but wont be able to get a steam punk gun till I am ether level 40 at the earliest, or CHEAT and get someone to team and kill the fake nemesis robots for me.
