Spectra kitty ill/rad controller -
So with the new excemp rules your suppose to have 5 lvls or powers greater then you are. So i started a new Mastermind and was level 6 so I have my 2 pets now and get invited to a team where the leader was level 4 so I drop to level 4 and my pets die. Ok I go to resummon and only 1 shows but I stayed with the team anyway it was fun.
Is this an oversight, why aren't Masterminds getting access to 2 pets in this situation when it's within 5 levels? I still had my first upgrade which i didn't get till level 6. -
Ya I'm not seeing this either, lots of drops here. And not only that but I have noticed purples have dropped price by quite alot and I expect them to drop even more which makes me happy.

Ok some of us like to fight these giants alot just go around with a team and beat the living daylights outta them. And I see two GMs Caleb and Deathsurge can be spawned can be spawned by defeating a certain amount of enemys of a certain type. And in the case of Caleb you have to do it during daylight.
Suggestion make all GMs be able to spawn by defeating a certain amount of one type of enemy the type that they belong to. -
Only time i ever game money away was when I got a pvp IO and it sold for 600mill. I had a CC contest and gave away 75 mill in prizes.

Squishys can NOT have more then 20% defense in pvp. Even at that 18% if you popped demonic is would still only go up 2% more. But don't feel to bad defense doesnt really work in pvp anyway.

Vet badges mean absolutly nothing when it comes to player competency -
Its already been stated that power cusomtization cause no extra lag, now on the other hand I know what you mean when you say those huge dispersion bubbles are to be nice badly colored.
I don't care if they did this just wanted to state it cause no extra lag. -

Im pretty sure if you either pick tech or magic as your origin then your origin power is either taser dart or apprentice charm both do energy damage and that can light your oil slick. I'm pretty sure

I'm not casual to say the least. This game has me hooked almost all aspects of it. I got a new account like a month ago or something cause all freedom slots were gone and I also wanted the feature to be able to trade with toons really easy and so on that comes with 2 accounts.
I have like 6 50's all IOd with sets but I dont usually start with IOs till 47 unless some set stops at like 40 like Touch of death or something. But all my other toons are all below 20 because I play my 50's alot.
The funny thing is when I went to make my forum name I tried for just *Lucky* but it was gone so i took 666 on the end. Then when they made new forums I tried with my other account and got it. -

Half right about the holds Memphis the base duration for controllers and dominators is 4 seconds everyone else is 2 seconds.

you aren't aware how mezzes work in pvp are you?
All I have to say is this is a terrible idea.
Edit to put why more so of a reason some types of charters dipend an offensive toggles that drop while mezzed and even if it's for just a fraction of a second it could mean certain death. -
For my ranged stalker I'm using spines/nin/mako and it's pretty effective and I only got one pvp recipe making to rep cap in 3 days with him. I build for pretty much ranged defense and if you can get enough I find it does do something.
In normal pve it sits at 60% and when I enter pvp its telling me it drops to 40%, 35% when hide and stealth are suppressed. For those people that don't build accuracy into at least some set bonuses I notice whiff on my quiet a bit, especially scrappers and the fire blast I see them all using as of late. My heal recharges in 15 seconds I think somewhere arpund there anyway.
Defesne may be kinda lol but when you got enough you still notice it
P.S. when I hit kuji-In retsu combat attribute window only shows ranged def going up by 10%, and the need to fix pvp recipe drops -
Like someone mentioned earlier they need a whole new girl gang for low to mid levels complete with slaps, hair pulls and kicks to the groin. And I want them to scream like carnys when they die.

I have an earth/emp and have a blast playing him, currently he's at level 42 and although earth may be an in your face control set it it has 3 very effective powers which can all be dropped from around corners to lead off Volcanic gasses, Earthquake and quicksand so it's reletivly easy to negate a alpha with no harm to yourself or anyone for that matter.
Earth also has minus defence in it's powers which will help your vet attacks hit much more easily threw your whole career. And solo fortitude on rocky gives him more damage which is always good. -

*Freedom Monsters* Pretty much for monster hunters like myself who enjoy fighting the big ones.
There's quiet a few in that one too I've seen over 50 in it sometimes. -

A level 50 fighting level 49s will tend to get level 49 uncommons and rares. (but still level 50 commons and purples)
The market trend is that these 49s are less valued than the level 50 equivalents.
It could be a big deal for you or not, but it is a factor in choosing a level. -

Yes, it sucks. But there is nothing we can do but wait.
Sorry if this is wai I've never seen or heard about it the whole time I've been playing and I have also seen the store go down plenty in the past and not once lost a character slot because of it.
