Quote:Ability to ascend into instance/zone xyz? Vanity item xyz? What non-combat (mini) games would you like to boost instead? It is not like CoH has a lot of stuff outside of combat.
Incarnate Marketing?
Incarnate Crafting?
Incarnate Ski slopes (and other games of balance and twitchyness)?
Incarnate Gladiators?
If nothing else, make powers that are different for each AT. -
Ask yourself how broken you want the game to be. If the Incarnate slots add more ridiculous buffs to the game, why play anything but the maximum DPS powers?
Who needs a Defender when we can all use our Destinies?
Who needs a Tanker when we can all have max defense and resistance?
Obviously one of the slot should be an AoE mag 10 hold. Then we can do away with all of our Controllers and Dominators!
Yes, we need slots that offer non-combat advancement. -
I was thrilled when Ian McKellen tweeted this yesterday. I'm excited about the additional move, especially since they will be looking at the appendices and pieces of The Silmarillion.
(insert shut up and take my money visual) -
While this set wouldn't be something I requested, I think I can find use of one or two parts. That's my favorite part of the market--being able to select what costume pieces you want to buy.
I really like the chest detail, as it has a "tactical" look. -
Goodbye, Arwen!
You will always hold a special place in my memory -- you lead the first Hami raid that I joined and had much patience.
I wish you all the best. Once a hero, always a hero. -
Yes, aim your set bonuses around getting 45% defense in AoE, range, and melee defense.
I have a fire/shield brute that does massive AoE damage while remaining very sturdy. You can accomplish this on a scrapper with thoughtful slotting.
I'll point out a few things that will be helpful:
-You should consider removing Flurry and Burnout
-You should consider taking Combat Jumping and/or Maneuvers for added defense
-Grant Cover is an important power. While it does not add to your personal defense, it buffs your team mates and gives you a -very- important resistance to defense debuffs. Without it, foes can easily lower your defenses and thus hit you more often
-It would be better to slot Shield Charge with a PBAoE damage set such as Obliteration
-You only need one recharge IO enhancement to make Active Defense up all the time
-You are over-slotting a few powers such as Tough, Weave, Stamina, etc.
I understand that you will not have the Influence for the sets that you need. Experiment with mids and try picking up sets that increase your AoE, range, and melee defenses. Any additional +recharge bonuses will just be gravy -
Quote:After updating, I was able to open the game without the problem the first time I tried. I had to use your workaround method for my subsequent attempts to play, and I have been able to play each time.I believe this temporary workaround helps:
Run NCSoft Launcher, and see if it crashes. If it does, wait for the Apple crash reporter dialog to come up, and click Reopen. Then you'll see a dialog asking you if you want to restore windows. Tell it NOT to restore windows.
After that, NCSoft Launcher should work correctly. If it crashes again, repeat the above.
If you tell it to restore windows instead, the Launcher crashes a second time. There seems to be some kind of bad interaction with Mountain Lion's window restore.
Unfortunately I noticed this post after I updated. Thankfully it was an issue that was easy to maneuver around. Thanks, Cuppa. -
Removing KB from Wormhole (by use of this mentioned enhancement) will fix one of my problems with Gravity. I would like to see the intangible changed to something else. Thematically, I think a PBAoE toggle that causes enemies in its radius to be lifted (like Psi Tornado) x times/minute would be nice.
I would like to see the absorb mechanic added to older sets like FF as mentioned in one of the i24 scoop videos. In Empathy, Absorb Pain could add a "protective shield" in the form of +absorb, making the set more of a preemptive approach.
In general, I think many players would be happy if KB were completely altered to KD across the game. If it were given as an option for players with KB, it could be another nice option for power customization. -

I watched the live Q&A with Milla. I enjoy the movies for what they are -- explosions, fight sequences, etc.
For a very well written zombie story, I watch The Walking Dead. -

Quote:They were glowing for me in beta last night on this same computer. That could be client-side. My old computer doesn't render a lot of stuff in the game.
Edit: Ok, the glowing pieces are working. I just had to shift the graphics into Ultra Mode, which I do not plan on playing in. -
I think the pieces are bugged. It seems they are not glowing on the live servers.

Like many, I desire Pool Power customization. I also would like to see Psi Melee in i24 (if not before).
I think some proliferation, a few new power sets, and QoL changes will do fine. -
It is also worth adding that I wanted to buy the Beam Rifle powerset at the 20% discount price, but I can't access the Paragon Market since the game download is on a loop that has lasted 4 days.
-
I also have been downloading and it seems mine is restarting as well.
It's been upsetting not being able to play the new content -
I've tried getting the badge two times with no luck. I, too, was on a team of 8 and we certainly killed the required Spectrals to spawn probably three Caleb's.
I'm not sure what the problem is, but I filed a bug report a while ago. -

Quote:Well, you can build them to whatever suits you. Some people like to do "Human form" PBers, some like to do a tri-form. It all depends on your personal preference and how you plan to build them....so are they jack of all trades or only jack of some trades, can you build them that way?
Quote:And I deffinatly want to be able to change forms is that warshade only? -
I watched this video yesterday and loved it!
