I would think you won't get 4x. It should just be "added" on the end, like Patrol Xp. But I don't think i would try using it unless you wait until near the end of double xp weekend, that way the remaining 8 hours will carry over.

Well, last time around, the devs said XP boosters would stack onto Double XP weekends. This was before they sold the 2xXP Boosters, so there's no telling if they'll change that. You might PM a redname to get confirmation.

I could be wrong, but the way I understand it is this...
Double XP weekend doubles the base XP amount you get for any defeat, etc.
XP Boosters then boost that base XP amount by their percentage.
So...
Normally, if you get 100 XP and you have a Double XP Booster running, you would get 200 XP (100 XP x 2 = 200 XP).
Now, since Double XP Weekends double the base XP amount received you would get 200 XP where you originally got 100 XP. Then the Double XP Booster would take that new base amount and boost it to 400 XP (200 XP x 2 = 400 XP).
Again, this is conjecture and my understanding of how it works. I could be completely wrong on how the game makes these calculations.

That would be quite enjoyable, Alpha. I thought someone tried this though before, and XP Boosters during Double XP weekend now work as if you were in an AE mission. Namely, they are ignored.
Or am I just crazy and should just focus on working right now?

Quick question regarding the use of a DBL XP Booster during the upcoming DBL XP Weekend. I purchased an 8 hour DBL XP Booster some time ago and forgot about it so I was wondering if I used it during the DBL XP Weekend will I get 4 x the XP or will XP Boosters not be usable?
