But I would love to hear the cries and screams of Scrappers with lower DPS than Defenders.

I think you guys are jumping the gun slightly. I say let Scrappers have Dual Pistols on the condition that it uses the Scrapper ranged damage modifier of 0.50.
An attack that does 100 damage for a blaster would do:
66 damage for a Corruptor
57 damage for a Defender
53 damage for a Stalker
and a whopping 44 damage for a Scrapper
Brutes however may be an issue since they already use low damage mods but have Fury to make up for it. -

I am also having connection issues. However, mine isn't simply lag. I login, am connected for about 30 seconds then lose connection to the mapserver on both east and west coast servers.

BAD IDEA!!! If you push any repairmen to an already dead tower... they will rez it. ( learned that the hard way)
I have Force bubble on my fire/FF and pretty much the only time I use it is during the respec trial. It's great to keep everyone away from the reactor.

It isn't hard to push them away from all the other towers. You just stand towards where LR spawns and they go flying down the ramps or into the corners. -

I couldn't imagine trying to run my staminaless rad/psy unfender without Negligence. -
I was running an Imperious Task Force earlier tonight on my level 37 Dark Corruptor anxious to get Dark Servant. Upon hitting level 38 I picked up the power and put a +2 to hit debuff single origin into its base slot. At some point I decided to open up my pet window to give me a better idea of when Fluffy needed to be resummoned.
I then decided to have a look at Chill of the Night from the status bar available from the pet window and to my surprise it showed a flat 30.00% to hit debuff, I checked the detailed info on the Dark Servant power in my tray and it showed Chill of the Night as a 36.60% to hit debuff with my slotting. Darkest Night from fluffy had the same problem, showing 15% in the status bar but 18% on my tray.
I would like some other players to check on this and to try to figure whether this is a display error in the pet status bar info or some bug in dark servant making his power unaffected by to hit debuff slotting. -
I have been known to herd the entirety of an invincible ITF Tower on my FF defender. See Sig.

I believe this has been stated many times as being impossible with the game mechanics:
Toggle Powers work by pulsing their effect for short durations on their target. If the effect is to make the target unaffected by powers from another source then the toggle will not effect the target on the next tick allowing the effect to wear off. Leaving us with an enemy that due to Server Latency could affect others but would be Practically Immune to return fire.
However, if paired with this change:

It would be a possible and highly usable effect
