How does one know if one has a free respec available?

I don't think that was related to this, but stranger things have happened I guess.

I noticed another strange thing last night that may or may not be related, however. I looked in my list of powers and, lo and behold, what should I see but two costume-type powers I don't remember seeing there before. One was for a Freakshow boss and the other was similar but some other boss costume. I looked at their description and at the end it said something like these were a thank you for joining them at Comic-Con and some other convention-type thing. Of course I've never been to either but there they were. I put them in my tray to try to use them but they were grayed out (all other powers were off).

Sounds kinda related, no?

I just had something similar happen to me just now. Logged in to my DS/Dark MM and my tier 1 and 2 powers of my primary do not work. They were there in my tray but, for lack of a better term, grayed out and unusable.

Logged out and closed the game. Started it back up, logged back in to the character and now all is back to normal.

Weird.

Something weird is happening. I can view certain topics here just fine when I am not logged in, but once I log in I can no longer display the topic.

When I am not logged it the topic displays fine. But once I put in my username and password, nothing. In Firefox I get a blank page, and in IE it says "The website cannot display the page". So it's not browser specific. And it happens on multiple computers too.

If I then logout the topic once again displays fine.

I've had the problem for a while but just recently have been able to track the problem down to being logged into the site or not.

Any ideas as to the problem?

Anybody know what sound is used by the Phantasm? That damn thing makes a constant noise the entire time it's hanging around, and I'd like to see if I can stop it. TIA.

And I'll be using my Kat/Ele Scrapper, TefIon Dawn, though I could bring my Emp/Rad Defender if that'd work better. See you there.

I don't think that's the same sound. I have the one you mention already silenced but I still hear the noise it makes when up from my character I see the words "Out of Range".

Looking for the sound it makes when activating a melee power but you're out of range of the target. I looked on nerdherd where the results of things found here are summarized but did not see anything that fit. TIA

Same here. It'd be nice to be able to get to that information somehow. ParagonWiki is some help, but I don't see anything there listing the new slash commands. Yet, anyway.

Any WP/Stone guides? Or advice?
